If I was one of the seven dwarfs…

I’d be Sleepy. I’m so tired people. Returned from Israel last night around midnight, ate Taco Cabana and went straight to bed. I promise to watch the show tonight and recap first thing in the morning. I’ve just received an email from my friend Jill who told me that DDAHnna gives me PLENTY of material. Therefore, I give you the comments section to talk among yourselves. Just know that I will NOT be reading them because I want to experience every bit of the train wreck myself.

Shalom!

  1. leslie Said,

Is DDahnna starting to get on anyone else’s nerves? Brian before Twilley?? Seriously??

  2. Kat Said,

    Twilley…really? UGH.

  3. LA Said,

DDahnna is starting to get on my nerves a little… but then I stop and think how I might come across on a show like that! Twilley won’t make it too much further, but I think she could see that he was really putting his heart out there, and while I don’t see a real connection between them, I definitely didn’t see a connection between her and Brian either.

  4. Heather Said,

Really now…what IS a Twilley?? He looks like one of those scary clown dolls little kids have. His eyebrows are all painted on and his eyes get all squinty. He flat out scares me.

  5. Anywho Said,

Im wondering if anyone has any time to take out clips from this season and clips from last season to compare lines and phrases HTCB used with DD that she is now using with all of her guys. I swear the lines she used with both Richard and ChefBoy are the exactly the same! The same wording she gave Brad such a hard time about when he didn’t retract it and said that’s just how he felt. She’s such a hypocrite. And to add my two cents… Twilley over Fred and Brian!? Seriously!? Who is this girl? She is so annoying. And we have to sit through a full show of just her and her pouty “It’s all about me and it’s not fair when I don’t have EVERYONE’S undivided attention!!” attitude. Ugh. Poor choice ABC. Very poor.

  6. Big Red Said,

Has anyone else noticed that we only got 50 to 55 minutes of Brit and his Monkey each week, but we are getting 2 full hours of DD each week?? Not fair!!

I can’t believe Twilley the Willey is still around….please.

  7. Tara Said,

Fred really won me over last night…cannot believe she gave him the boot!

  8. oy vey Said,

I hate to defend DD, but I kinda like her. (Aside from the blinking) Twilley, go home, you are annoying! Graham is winning me over, he’s kinda goofy, and starting to pay attention to DD and say nice things. <3 him.

  9. Keri Said,

Ok…..I was annoyed by the fact that Natasha “Biddingfield” performed for them- get it right, it’s Bedingfield!!!

  10. Deb Said,

Has anyone else noticed that Jesse kind of looks like a younger version of OHCH with longer hair?

  11. leslie Said,

    I forgot to add…
I loved Fred last night. She made a huge mistake by getting rid of him. She is SO into Graham and I am not thinking that he is that into her. The Chef is creepy mc creepstein. GOOBER.
My vote is still for Jeremy but I’m thinking she doesn’t pick him for some reason.

  12. Rebecca Said,

I haven’t watched the episode yet because I too was in Israel for the last two weeks. How crazy is that! It was amazing.

  13. Jamie Said,

I am just overwhelmed by the number of times DDahnna uses the phrases “putting yourself out there.” If there were a Bachelorette drinking game based on the number of times she uses that phrase each episode, you would get pretty tipsy playing it.

  14. addy Said,

I was bummed that Fred went home too, but he wasn’t going to win, you know? He wasn’t the guy for her, so I kind of give her props for sending them both home instead of giving him false hope. SO glad creepy chef with the popped collar is gone though.

  15. Casey Said,

First of all, I heart Fred. What a great guy! And it wasn’t just the ABC editing. All the guys think a lot of him. They all talked about how great he was and no one seemed to have anything bad to say about him. I’m so sad he’s gone. :(

And, I’m a little worried about our girl, DDahnna. She’s almost as desperate to feel some sort of spark with Graham as half the guys are to find some sort of spark with her (i.e. Chef). It really does seem like he’s not all that into her. Clearly she’s pretty into him, though, and just doesn’t see it.

  16. KT Said,

OMG #10 Deb I noticed that too!!!!

I am also a fan of DD!! I think that I would be the exact same way in her situation and I give her credit for being able to be so honest with the guys and herself. This can not be easy on anyone, let alone her this late in the “game”. I love Jason and Jesse and I hope they both go far. Graham is also growing on me but I really wish he had shaved last night before the rose ceremony. And seriously, TWILLEY?!?!?! This is why we can never really trust this show because while we do get 2 hours that’s 2 hours a week we see of the 24×7 hours they all spend together. There is something going on with DD and Twilley that we simply are not seeing. Can’t wait for the recap!

  17. Jenn Said,

We heart Fred! Graham is ssssoooo much like Hotter Than Crap Brad, seriously.

  18. Sheree Said,

I thought Twilley was pretty funny during the “out take” portion after the show–when he was imitating Brian’s “House of Pain” song–maybe that’s the side she sees that we don’t?

I loved Fred, too! Maybe he should be the next Bachelor? No…I take that back. He deserves a nice girl, lol.

  19. Kim Said,

I agree…why is Twilley still around?!? ABC is doing some serious editing on that one. Sad to see Fred go…he really grew on me last night. I loved that Graham wouldn’t kiss her…although he caved at the cocktail party…I think he was afraid of not getting a rose. Clearly DD is attracted to him…but I don’t see it. I love Jason!

  20. Robyn Said,

I am going to miss Brian; he was so good looking… I just think he is shy and a sweet Ft. Worth guy. I agree with everyone else, really is she that into Twilley? Surely he is not the dark horse of the show. And no one has mentioned Jason; he seems so genuine and real! I want her to choose him.

There sure were lots of shots with the guys without their shirts on, poor DD for having to spend time with those bodies.

  21. Cc Said,

Did anyone else notice that when Brian got the boot, he completely ignored Jeremy, and didn’t even say bye to him? I wonder what’s going on there. Jeremy gives me the weird vibe, for some reason.
I’m glad Creepy Chef is gone too, I was laughing at him so much last night for being so clueless about the whole situation.
    I heart Fred.

  22. Emily Said,

In all fairness to DD, I actually started to like her this week and here is why:

    1) I feel that she is being authentic when she tells each guy that when she is with them she is 100% trying to “be” with them in the time they have together. I believe that she is actually trying to focus on each of them when she is with them and I actually like that she is asking each of them do to the same.

    2) In letting Fred go, I think that was AWESOME actually! If she knew he wasn’t right for her, I think its 100% the right thing to do to not lead him on, ESPECIALLY because she thought he was such a great guy. I don’t see why so many people think that’s wrong. Just because someone is a great person doesn’t mean that person is great for you and instead of breaking his heart later, she let him go sooner.

    3) I also think its great she laid into them at the BBQ, they were all acting like a bunch of little boys caught up in their own hurt feelings. I am glad she said the things she did. Finally someone is calling them out on their immature behavior (like she did with Chef and Grahm) and hitting them up on how they would actually act in a real relationship. When she asked Robert about how he handles conflict in a relationship, and he said “communcation” and she called him out on it, that was the FIRST TIME IN BACHELOR HISTORY I think we ever heard someone ask a genuinely important question about how to handle relationships in the real world (outside of the school teacher telling her about supporting her on a teacher’s salary) ! GO DD!

    4) Twilley….come on everyone. She has to keep a certain number. We all know he is going to go so there is no reason to get upset about it. There is one like this in every bunch.

  23. luvthebatch Said,

Ok so that freak out of Deanna at the bar b que was so directed at Graham. She was not upset that the other guys weren’t paying her any attention. She was totally pissed and upset that Graham was dissing her. She blew up at them all, but it was TOTALLY directed at Graham. He needs to get over it. Dude-you signed on for this. She would totally pick him at the end if he would just step it up. Come on man!!!!

  24. Jen Said,

I know – seriously. She thinks way to highly of herself. She is whining becuase the guys weren’t paying her enough attention…really she was upset because Graham wouldn’t have sloppy seconds at the track and he ignored at the BBQ.

    1) The FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY date with Jesse – really? She liked his song the best? I would have taken Brian and given him a chance. And, again, she is claiming she came up with this whole date idea herself – we know it was the intern. But, at least he didn’t bring up farts or poop again…

    2) Well, we finally get to see DOMO. He does look much better with the haircut and in a hat but I do not like him and his sugary sweet drawl. I did not like anything he said – at all. But, we could tell he was going to get the rose after Graham dogged her hard. I loved it though. Serves her right – girls aren’t the only ones who can feel uncomfortable with the spit swappin!

    3) The BBQ – classic. I loved the fat Elvis’s (the Chef’s) tissy fit! He was never going to make it past the two on one date. And, wasn’t it Some Guy who called Jesse as an instigator…I have to agree!

Sorry, but Jason creeps me out. I did not like the “consoling” piece at all. I don’t like the way he kisses. And, when he told the guys – he told her to “change into something comfortable”…that sounded really creepy.

    4) The two on one date – the Chef was doomed and all his keen assessments of their chemistry and she gives him the cheek! I think that is why I hate guys asking if they can kiss you…I guess I figure they know we don’t really want to kiss them if they ask. But, it would be rude to tell them no – so most girls probably say yes and allow the kiss. And, was he drunk in the limo ride…he was laying all sloppy and slurring his words and forcing himself to cry. Seriously! Well, I guess Deyawna has some balls – I cannot believe she also kicked off Freddy…and he didn’t even see it coming! But still he showed how great of a guy he is and I hope he finds a great girl!

    5) I like the fact they had a pool party. I loved seeing most of the guys without their shirts off – except Twilley. I think she kept him because he is at least trying. I do think Texas is ultra hot – especially with wet hair and that killer bod but I have to agree with her getting rid of him. He wasn’t really trying – their conversation (or dialogue as he says) was canned and boring. I will miss him – but I guess that blogger that calls him Yummy can go and track him down now!

What is with next weeks episode…do we have to listen to DeBlahna discuss every guy??? Why???

Anyway – those are my initial thoughts!

  25. Susyk Said,

#21 I noticed that ‘lack of interaction’ with Jeremy as well. Initially I liked Jeremy, but he creeps me out now. I really liked Brian, and was sad to see him go. Brian, if you read this and ever want to head to Canada…ring me!

  26. suzi Said,

how nice was the beefcake in the pool last night, those were some nice abs and chests’ on those guys! I really like Brian too, but I noticed he tried to talk with a lot of “big” ten dollars words and maybe DD didn’t know what he was saying. I also don’t get the Twilley thing and I think graham is a tool!

  27. Babyface Said,

First of all, I loved Deanna’s reaction to sending Fred home — it was so genuine. He was such a great guy and so classy from start to finish, but the chemistry definitely wasn’t there. And I also appreciate the fact that she is not going to lead anyone on because she’s been there and even though she feels terrible, she can’t let them think something is there when it’s not… that being said, what the heck?! Twilley?! They have zero chemistry and he is obnoxious, socially awkward, and not even 1/4 as attractive as the other guys. He better go next week because it is a JOKE keeping him on there. And I think that it puts a pretty large hole in her credibility as far as “looking for true love” and “can’t lead anyone on.” Does anyone for one second actually believe that she has more chemistry with Twilley than she did with Fred, Brian, or Richard? The chemistry was lacking with all of these men, yes. But keeping Twilley has been indefensible from the start. There’s no way he can make it past next week’s episode. SEND TWILLEY HOME. It’s cruel and unusual punishment to keep him there facing off against the Jasons, Grahams, and Jeremys of the world. And thank the Lord the Chef is gone. What a tool.

  28. Alli Said,

I am not the biggest fan of DD either – and I think she has made some poor choices along the way.

Getting rid of Brian – seriously? Before Twilley???

Leslie – I totally agree – Graham is just NOT that into her, and she refuses to see that, blaming it on the fact that he is just not “putting himself out there.” I am not buying it – I think he is just there for the game, not for her!

    Jesse – that JACKET – his hats – his shoes – I just don’t get it. ???

I did like that she had the guts to send both of the 2-on-1 dates home though – nice new twist! I didn’t see a spark between her and either of them, and good for her for not leading either of them on by keeping one. Fred may be a nice guy, but did anyone else notice his ANNOYING accent?? Since DD wants a southern man, I just don’t see her having to listen to the chi-caaaa-go accent for the rest of her life.

I heart Jason and Jeremy – hopefully she chooses one of them in the end!!

  29. Tyster Said,

Why can’t DD see that Graham’s ‘just not that into her’? Seriously – she’ll die when she sees the show and finally puts it all together. Bless her heart.

Big thumbs down for cutting Brian loose. He’s a hottie and seems WAY more stable than the other nut jobs. Twilley? Seriously?

So glad that collar boy was sent packing! Loved the faux tear sliding down his cheek in the limo.

  30. Babyface Said,

Also, at this point I’m thinking it may be Jason at the end. Graham’s the winner for physical chemistry. Jeremy is the winner for southern gentleman. But there is definitely a level of comfort that she has with Jason. John Mayer said it best: “Our love was comfortable and so broken in…”

  31. Stephanie Said,

I heart Fred. I think he should be the next bachelor, but only if ABC doesn’t allow fake girls, aka the Shayne’s of the world.

  32. Laurie Said,

#23 You are so right. The hissy was all for Graham Not That Into Her. Poor DD. I hope she

    a. wakes up and smells the coffee
    b. falls in love with Jason, the only real guy left on the show.

But, alas, she gave the “I’m happy with the way the show ended” speech on some interviews, just like HTCB and Jen Sheft, so I am pretty certain that she chooses Graham, and it’s all over before the final rose ceremony airs. Waste. Of. Time.

  33. Sue Said,

let’s be honest here….if you have to practically beg for a guy to kiss you (graham), then I’m guessing he’s really not interested.

  34. BachLover! Said,

Someone needs to give DeAhhna a cop of the book “He’s Not That Into You” because I’m pretty sure that Graham is sooooo over this whole mess. I’m sure he thinks she’s cute and fun, but she’s trying way too hard to force her and Graham to work it all out.

  35. MO Said,

Right on Jen and Tyster, I noticed the fake tear too. He was sitting there and turned his head just in time for the camera to catch it. Someone on the ABC staff got a bonus for catching that! :)

Overall, I was gratefull to finally catch an episode worth watching. It was priceless to see her asking for the kiss that never came! I agree with a few others, Graham is just not feeling her at all.

I also agree that the entire blow up at the BBQ was about Graham. I am glad that she went off on them because they were acting more like Bachelorettes than Bachelors. This entire posse of guys really disappointed me last night.

I am not a Twilley fan, but he came off a lot less creepy than others (the Chef with Rosacea, Jason and Jeremy). At least if you keep him around, you have an easy one to drop at anytime. Additionally, i noticed in the preview for next week, she was making out with four guys and not one of them was Twilley.

    Glad it’s getting interesting…………..

  36. BachLover! Said,

Ohhhh and one more thing…does anyone have Fred’s number? I’ll marry him! I LOVED that kid!

btw….congrats to all the guys for having classy exits last night (despite Bobby’s tearful limo ride, even he left with nice things to say)

  37. BachLover! Said,

#13 Jamie—- if we’re making a Bachelorette drinking game, you can also add this one to this list. The number of times that a guy either complains about the process or says that “I’m here for you” as his reason why he’s doing it for the right reason

  38. amy Said,

You’d think Chef would be clued in to the lack of “chemistry” when DDah gave him “the cheek” when he asked to kiss her. Perfect example of why you shouldn’t do that! Why did he look so shocked when she sent him packing?? At least this season is keeping us guessing a little bit!

Glad you had a safe trip home Lincee!

  39. E Said,

i didnt see a connection with brian either but i dont think she gave him a chance. she really has had enough time with stupid ugly jessi. hes had lots of one on one time, he lived in the house, etc. brian has never had any one on one. he came this close to winning the stupid car race and had the best song- i was so hoping they could have some time. you cant just blame no connection when you never have any time together to form one.

  40. E Said,

was that not hilarious when dd was like “oh no – how bout right here.” and then they show fat elvis like winking at the camera all studly like yeah we have a connection. she feels it. yeah she feels it. its called the heeby jeebies.

  41. Amanda Said,

I was shocked Brian got the boot before Twilley. Twilley has drunken eyes – even when he’s sober, he looks drunk and/or stoned.

I am completely infatuated with Brian and plan to track him down in Fort Worth and marry him and have, like, 10,000 of his babies.

And seriously — what was up with Rob’s shirt!? He left it unbuttoned halfway down his chest, but then kep grabbing at it, like he was trying to have it open just right to show off his manliness. BARF. He is totally weird and creepy. Glad he’s gone.

  42. Lizzie Said,

#13 Jamie: add to the drinking game…everytime DD says “I’ve arranged for…” when on their dates.

  43. Amanda Said,

No kidding, Lizzie. Why do they even try to fool us into thinking DD does any of it. She didn’t arrange for a damn thing. That’s what the interns are for!

  44. amy Said,

#41 Amanda: I KNOW! Ewwww! The shirt unbuttoned and rolled up sleeves, just as bad as the popped collar! What a TOOL!!

  45. Jodie Said,

I get disturbed every time they say that DeHANNA is “America’s Sweetheart” – not hardly! Twilley is a goob – he needs to go and isn’t that who Ellen was pointing at last week in the picture saying he won’t be around long. Jesse seems like a very sincere and deep guy – I think he hides behind the wild and wacky outfits. I also like Jason – he seems more grounded than some. Jeremy is trying a bit to hard for a guy that hot – I think it’s the competition and he likes to win – look how upset he got from losing the car race!

Fred never had the chemistry but what a great guy – Brian said it himself – he got to spend more time with the guys than her and that’s the problem – but he’s definitely a hottie.

The chef was SO full of himself that I couldn’t hardly take it – I was so glad he was gone – and for Fred’s sake glad that he went to – he deserves better – but really – was anyone surprised by the two at once? When she booted chef she just booted him – she didn’t give the rose to Fred right then like she would have if he was going to stay and that 10 minutes of thinking he was staying was cruel. I’m liking Dojo a bit more – but both having been in Kentucky does not a marriage make!

  46. Cerena Said,

Ugh… I’m so sick of DD. For not sending Graham packing, she deserves to be unhappy. She’s clearly one of those kind of girls who only wants a guy who doesn’t want her (at least not the same way she wants him). Can someone send her a copy of “He’s Just Not That Into You” already??

I couldn’t even remember who Fred was at the end of last week’s episode, but I really liked him this week. I’m glad he went home, though. She would crush him. My hubby and I want to recommend Fred to be the next Bachelor. BTW, did anyone notice Fred looks a little like Jason Bateman from the side?

On a similar note, I thought the moment between Jason and DD was sweet. But I also think that Jason’s too good for her. He should be the Bachelor after Fred.

Now on to Chef… Ugh that guy was giving me the creeps! We actually had to rewind several times and then finally put the closed captioing on, because we couldn’t believe that he was saying over and over again that it was going to get “naughty.” But he did… Ew!!! And he’s not used to rejection? Really?? Really?? I doubt that. And did anyone else notice that his romantic date ended in the bedroom also? I think he’s a virgin….

  47. fan88 Said,

Did anyone else notice how when Sean and Deanna were having their time together at the race track that she mentioned her mom’s death and he brushed right by it? Seemed like a great opportunity to get to know her a bit more.

It seems like with the other guys they lean in to kiss her, but with Graham, she seems to instigate it a lot more! She wants Graham to want her. Not sure if he’ll pull it off.

Anyone else notice how the break-up with Chef and Fred was the exact same process that she went through at the end of the bachelor? Fred totally had the same experience as Deanna thinking that he was going to stay. I think she is working out all her stuff with these men, her anger and her hurt. “Chef, I cannot give you this rose, I have to say goodbye.” “Fred, I cannot keep you here. I have to say goodbye, it wouldn’t be fair.” Deja Vu!!

    My vote: Graham.

  48. Sue Said,

you know, i think the reason these relationships don’t work (among many other things) is because they don’t have these amazing dates planned for them in the real world. I mean, think about all the romantic dates that are created for The Bachelor. private concerts, Jewelry, helicopter rides, trips to Mexico (or wherever), stargazing, roof-top dinners, etc. Then you realize that the bachelor(ette) didn’t come up with these ideas and have no creativity of their own, your future real-life dates are lame in comparison since you expect every date to be that romantic! I mean seriously, do you think DDahna came up with the idea for stock-car racing? of course not. She would never come up with a creative date like that. she’s too boring!

And she asks everyone the most romantic thing they’ve ever done for someone. I don’t want to hear about your most romantic experience with someone else!

  49. Raves4Richard Said,

Drinking game: “I know exactly what you’re going through…” (Yes, she has been in the same situation, but can it be exactly what they are going through??? NOT, after all the girls had beds, a private shower at least!

I so thought Brian would win for his song. This is where the quieter guys get the shaft. Jesse is used to taking risks and I can’t help but wonder…when the publicity is gone and the thrill of competition is gone….will he still be there??

  50. Julie Said,

To fan 88, though getting rid of both Fred and Robert was similar to what she and Jenny went through at the end of The Bachelor, I think that DeAnna’s heart is in the right place. She doesn’t want to lead the guys on by keeping people around with whom she just doesn’t feel any chemistry. I give her mad props for that, honestly!

I felt really bad for DDah when the guys at the outhouse invited her and the mansion boys down for that BBQ and then half of them proceeded to all but ignore her. She said that it made her feel unimportant, and I didn’t blame her one bit! The show is about these guys getting to know her, and it seemed to me like they cared more about making the guys from the mansion look like d-bags in front of her than anything else. (Not that it’s all that hard to make Chef Robert look like a d-bag… but still.)

I’m honestly not mad at DDah for keeping Graham around. They clearly have chemistry, and just because he’s not willing to throw himself at her like some of the other guys (ahem, JEREMY) does not mean he’s not there for the right reasons. I was sad to see Brian go [but if he's reading this and is ever in the Philly area, I'm 29 and am a HUGE fan of football... and football coaches!], but I guess DDah didn’t feel a spark. I think Jesse, Jason, Graham, and Jeremy will get the hometown dates. Thoughts?

  51. Raves4Richard Said,

Graham is either NOT into her or a CONTROL freak. He wants to control the situation and he does not get to do it this time around…and it is pissing him off and he is playing games. She must like the challenge of him not being available enough. (Like Brad the Cad…I did not think he was hotter than crap…and he had the same aw shucks thing going on…)

She thought Jeremy was competitve – cause he got angry about not getting top speed…too bad she did not see Jesse throw that bat at the stadium! He does have a temper. Jesse just hides the competitive side behind his “cool snowboarder” attitude…

Final 3 – Jason, Jeremy, Sean.

I will miss you Brian. :(

  52. Leslie Said,

Twilley, are you serious. What’s that about.

This thing with Graham is so funny, it makes the episodes interesting to watch. How will Graham diss her tonite…

Does anyone else get the creeps from Jason’s strained smile all the time. Sometimes when they cut to him after someone has said something, he has this strained, fake smile on his face. Kinda creepy.

Sinsey Sean’s suit? Really, where does one pick up something like that, Wham’s closet?

When DD had her hissy fit, someone went after her but they cut away and I couldn’t tell who it was, did anyone else catch that?

An may I say a BIG Thank You to the ABC intern who decided we needed a little more half naked man time and decided to have a pool party before the rose ceremony. WELL DONE intern. And how long did it take for everyone to get dressed, their hair dry and in place before the ceremony. I think it would have been much better to drag them out of the hot tub and make them have a rose ceremony right there, in their bathing suits, beside the pool. We could get a little more hunk time.

I still pick Jeremy to go far.

  53. Cassie Said,

#22- have to say I completely agree with you. I really like DD. While we all might like what we see of certain guys on the show, you don’t have chemistry with everybody. Gosh, half of my friends are guys who are amazing- but there was never that spark between us. You can’t force that stuff.

And maybe she thought that Brian was too nice to lead on if she didn’t feel it. As for Jesse, I think he’s a pretty cool guy and sometimes its refreshing to be around someone a little different then what you’re used to. He may not be the hottest guy there, but really, how much does that matter in the long run?! She obviously feels something for him.

As for Graham, I don’t know why, but I like him. I think he is having a really hard time with the process (which most of us would) and he probably isn’t the one to end up with, but I don’t blame her for keeping him around and hoping that he handles it better.

Still don’t like Sean. Way too redneck. But apparently he thinks DeAnna is redneck too. What a compliment.

I love both Jeremy and Jason.

  54. Shelley Said,

Last night was the first one where I noticed that DD actually leaned in to kiss anyone besides Graham. It was with Jason and she put her hand on his face too. I felt that as a formerly married guy, he’s learned that you give a woman time and space to talk things out if they want. Sweet.

Brian seemed to show a lot of personality with the guys, but not so much with her, and she must have felt that. His not saying goodbye to Jeremy was telling. You definitely want a guy who plays well with others.

  55. local motion Said,

Jason seems like a sweet fatherly type but she’s just not that in to him (as w/ Sean, Jesse and Twilly(?)!!!!). The only dudes SHE truly seems to have chemistry with is Graham (the thrill of the chase) and Jeremy. DD is TRYING to give the other guys a chance but watch her with those two…..leaniing in….VERY flirty. I also agree that is why she went off at the bar-b-que due to Graham’s brush off at the track. Girl ain’t likin’ that at all!

Fo’ sure Lincee will have PLENTY to write about this week!

  56. Raves4Richard Said,

I think Brian went after her, it sounded like Brian’s voice…it was either him or Jeremy.

  57. Leslie Said,

As the episodes go on, the less I like and or have sympathy for our Bachelorette. No more melt downs & smarter decison making please.

  58. Leslie Said,

I’m starting to like the Bachelorette less & less. No more melt downs please.

  59. Melissa Said,

    Twilley gives me the willies.

  60. Lucy L. Said,

If I was a producer… I’d keep Twilley, the walking time bomb, around too. I think they’re waiting for an awesome televised disaster instead of all the giant awkward moments that make you lose faith in humanity. Mullet Man Sean on the otherhand is becoming one of my favorites for the next psychotic moments reel.

  61. Jenn Said,

Debbie – I noticed that Jesse did look like CH last night! Too funny. Also, just my 2 cents, but I think she kept Twilley bc he’ll be easier to let go next week. I did agree that Brian was enjoying hanging out with the guys and less with her. He was a keeper though – in my opinion.

    Can’t wait for the recap!

  62. LL Said,

Jenn, I agree that she’s keeping Twilley b/c it will be easy to let him go next week.

I can’t believe no one is really talking about Chef asking to kiss her! I’ve never seen anything so awkward and creepy! That is why you should NEVER ask to kiss. Of course even if he hadn’t she would have turned her cheek really fast.

I also loved his forced tear in the limo and moving his head ever so slightly so that the camera caught it.

  63. Melissa Said,

Oh, and another thing. Yes, DDuh, we KNOW you’ve been in their shoes, and we KNOW you’re the one making the decisions, but flipping out when you were invited to a bbq at the boys’ house was childish, IMHO. She was on their turf, not hers, she accepted their invitation to their party, which to my mind means she should expect to blend into their activities and not expect their social event to center around her. I was delighted that the chef showed his true colors (and I am mortally embarassed he works in my hometown) so that it was a no-brainer to send him packing. I think sending Fred off was a good decision too, because he was mooning over her, the feeling wasn’t mutual, and she did him a favor by letting him go. She kept saying that Brian was tighter with the guys than with her, but what did she expect, when she never gave him an opportunity to be in closer contact with her than on the big group dates. He’s not the type of guy to stalk her (which is what I think Graham has in common with the departed hairdresser) and he isn’t the type of guy to barge in between DDuh and another fellow in a quiet moment, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t interested. To her “step up his game” seems to mean to be pushy, aggressive, and sneaky in how to wrangle time with her while putting others down. That wasn’t Brian, and while I’m bummed he’s gone, he can do WAY WAY better.

  64. Me Said,

Fan88 – I agree about Sean not trying to talk a bit more about her mom and her experience. But you never know if that was editing… And if you have to ask a boy if he is going to kiss you, then he does not want to kiss you. She just wants to make out with him.

And when chef said that she probably already has an idea of who her final three are, I agree. She knows what’s up but has to play the game.

I watched the episode with the power of DVR so I was able to fast forward most of it, was a bit boring and she is getting annoying.

I still think final three are Jeremy, Jason and Jesse. I think Jason is going to be the final one.

I want to date Fred, he is such a sweetheart!!!!

  65. Randee Said,

45 Jodi—TOTALLY agree about Jesse. I am really liking him and personally a personality and sense of humor can make an average looking guy (which I actually think he is pretty good looking) smokin! And. I still heart Jason. And, Fred can call me ANYTIME :) . I’m a midwestern girl, I can deal with the accent :)

  66. Sherri Said,

I totally don’t get why some of you think Jason is weird/creepy. He is SERIOUSLY the only genuine guy left on the show, and I completely loved the way he tried to just be there for her after the 2 on 1 date. He’s the only one who ever seems to care to listen to her or ask her opinion. The other guys just spout all this “I’m here for YOU” crap. Ugh. Oh, and I think the “change into something more comfortable” comment was ultimately meant to be sweet, not creepy. Also, SO embarassed for “Bobbie” with the kiss-dodging part.

  67. Heather Said,

I never realized how tall Brian was, until he was standing next to Graham at the RC, he made Graham look like a dwarf…and he’s not short.

  68. Rebecca Said,

Ooh, I LOVED Fred last night. The kiss of death though was when she called him “sweet.” Based on the chemistry with Graham, I don’t think she is looking for sweet!

  69. Laura Said,

Did anyone notice Brian was wearing a “home wrecker” t-shirt during the bbq? Not cool…

  70. Rick Said,

From a guy’s perspective, here is my advice for the remaining fellers:

Jeremy: Listen. You need to chill out, man. And… oh… wake up. As long as Basketball Abs is still in the competition, you don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of winning.

Jason: Run! Run like the wind!! If DeeDeeDah *blink blink* succeeds in entangling you in her web, you’re gonna be whipped for a very long time, my friend. Get out while the gettin’s good.

Sean: I’m sorry… who are you again?

Twizzy… or what the hell ever you call yourself: (WTF?) Not sure how you made it this far, you lucky SOB, but make sure to keep yourself guarded because I fear that you’ll be the next limo sobber.

Jesse: Grow up, dude. Skateboards are for kids. And… please… the hair?? Did your mom tell you that looked good? Because, well, it doesn’t.

Graham (aka Basketball abs): Graham, Graham, Graham. Okay, so you showed some balls last night by not kissing DeeDeeDah *blink blink*. After all, God knows where those lips have been. But… why you got to lead the poor chick on like that? I mean, it’s not like you can’t have any woman that you want. Give poor Jeremy a chance, will ya?

Fred: A little bit of a dope, but a helluva guy nonetheless. Sorry that *blink blink* DDDah gave you rose hope last night only to crush you, but you were gentleman through and through.

Brian: I’m sorry… who are you again?

Robert: Way to hold out hope even after she dodged your kiss, man. Even though we all knew you were a mindless, egocentric, freakazoid since the first time we saw you, we must give you credit for fueling the BBQ fire last night. Thanks for all the fashion tips, brother. I haven’t seen a guy stick his collar up like that since Boy George in the early 80s. And… way to be cool with the fake tear. We all saw that water bottle in your pocket that you used to manufacture your last hoorah… at least I hope that was a water bottle…

  71. dcal Said,

has anybody else noticed that Twilley looks just like that british guy from the movie Sliding Doors?? Maybe that’s why he doesn’t bother me… I really liked that character, and I think of them as the same person!

  72. dee Said,

I think Sean is going to go pretty far…and that was totally classic when he told her he thought she was a little red. That was awesome. Looks like things heat up between them next week…coupled w/ the fact that he will be living in the house next.
Jason gives me the creeps too! I don’t really know if she is that into him.
I was surprised that Jesse didn’t kiss her on their date. Bad move on his part. Unless of course they just didn’t show that part.

  73. Chair Said,

I’m very sad to see Brian go – but he can do much better. DeYAWNa has the vocabulary of a fourth grader and probably didn’t understand him, his song, etc. I think she just wasn’t into him and never really gave him a chance. Good bye beefcake Brian & his abs….

Jesse is definitely growing on me – he kept us in stiches last night. Don’t know necessarily if he’s right for her – but he’s the kind of guy you definitely want to be friends with…he’s hysterical.

Has anyone noticed how close-set Jason’s eyes are?

I agree – Graham is just not into her. I do cut him some slack on not wanting to be sloppy seconds. Even if he knew what he was getting into – it still must be a weird situation to know that she just made out with someone else. I think it’s ridiculous that she was so offended by his comment about not wanting to be just one of the pack. She’s been there before (We know because she’s told us 100 x)…she should remember…

  74. Chair Said,

#66 – thanks for reminding me about “Bobbie” – that was quite amusing how mad he was at the name tag/place card

#69 – forgot about the home wrecker shirt. Bad idea, Brian. Donate it to the goodwill immediately please.

  75. Laurel Said,

OK – Noone has mentioned yet Chef’s purr – I thought that was SO funny – I replayed it about 4 times – just too funny. Also – the mess at the “Outhouse” is really gross and I must have been getting bored during the Chef/Fred date, because I got fixated on the creased tablecloth and wondered if the intern must have lost his iron. Also – I think Deanna is one of those people who is high maintenance, but thinks she is low maintenance.

  76. Emily Said,

    #70 you are good!

And I can’t believe no one has mentioned how DD noticed, and commented, that here we are the third week of boys living in the big house and Jason was the first one to stop by her door and walk her to the Rose Ceremony! Little things like that go A LONG WAY!!!

  77. GinV Said,

#70 absolutely right about everything. Especially about Jason – everyone else can get entangled with her control and drama, but not someone with a kid. If she was dating in real life, she’d have scared every single one of those guys off.
#73 – I couldn’t agree with your first comment more, how is there not more commentary on DDs level of intellect. I realize that the guys are all focused on the fact that she looks hot in a bikini, but eventually they have got to wake up and smell the coffee, she’s not just dull, she (is/seems to be) also not particularly bright. She may be nice, but how do you hold a conversation with nice????

  78. ksm Said,

Ok I haven’t read the comments yet as I post this so forgive me if it has already been said, but I must say this– DDahnna is SERIOUSLY getting on my nerves. She seems to be on some kind of power trip. She seems to enjoy giving the guys a verbal spanking whenever she feels like it. I really think that after she pitched her little fit to Robert, he should have packed his bags and said See ya, drama queen. She also jumped on crazy Ron last week and although I am no Ron fan, I almost cheered when he pretty much told her to butt out. At first I tolerated the eyelash batting and overdone Southern drawl but now, I don’t know if I can hang in there through the rest of this season. I need to start documenting the number of times my husband and I roll our eyes and yell in the direction of the tv per episode… its getting out of control, to quote adorable Jesse…

  79. Melissa Said,

Generally I’m not fussy about hair, but Jesse has NO chance of getting to the end if he doesn’t cut that hair. She enjoys him, thinks he’s funny, appreciates the softer side he shows her, but she’s not going to get past that hair.

Graham is just silly. He’s not REALLY that interested in DDuh, but he pouts when she chats with other fellows, plays the “I’m going to punish you by not kissing you” routine because she’s juggling all these guys at once, and yet he’d never admit it’s all insecurity on his part.

Whoever came up with the name card for “Bobbie” was a genius — geez, I hope the credit doesn’t go to the ABC intern! What a deluded, spoiled loser HE was — whew! Even my 6 year old nephew knows not to throw his furniture around!

  80. DD IS A DRAMA QUEEN! Said,

DDahnna totally freaked out on everyone b/c Graham was ignoring her! I would run away fast if I was one of those guys! Who needs dramatic outbursts like that at a fun BBQ!? Get over yourself, flirt, and play some beer pong! It’s kind of funny that Graham is playing hard to get! OR is he just not interested??? Whatever- it seems to be working for her! Gotta love the bad boys!
p.s. I think DD got rid of Brian b/c he was blatantly more interested in hanging out with the guys… can’t blame him. He’ll do better. So will Fred- what a sweety!

  81. s2c Said,

Last night while I was watching Chef Bobbie in the limo, driving away in defeat, I laughed because I thought, is he crying? and sure enough, he slowly tilted his head to the side so as better to display the tears. I could just picture the abc intern telling him, “a little to the left…”

  82. MarriedWithEyes Said,

Last night’s episode title – “Death of the Dark Horses”?
I think with DD – what you see is what you get and the boys like what they see.
I think she picked the right guys to go home (for her – not for me).
Fred was too nice for her – I was happy she let Chef go first so that he was left thinking Fred beat him.
Chef was too creepy for ANYONE – who is that oblivious to signals – he knew she was kissing other guys – what did he think her giving him the cheek indicated?
Brian – hot for us but he didn’t have time with her and when he had opportunity he hung with the boys and not her – he obviously wasn’t all that in to her (smart and beautiful?)
Twilley is a filler – they won’t let her get rid of everybody so she picked the one she felt the least badly about leading on. He will go home next week but I haven’t decided who will join him. I think it may be Jason because he seems the sweetest of the ones left and he has “baggage” in the form of an ex-wife that he is tied to for life.
Behooved – nice vocabulary Brian and an entertaining exit

  83. Tara Said,

Sorry if this has been said already but, Bobby’s shirt on the 2-on-1 date! He had it unbuttoned nearly down to his naval. Why do guys think this is a good look? It’s not. At all.

  84. Amanda Said,

Ugh! I don’t think there is really a guy there that is a good fit for Deanna. I like Jesse, but not for her. He’s fun and not too serious….that’s my kind of guy. Jeremy was my pick at first, but now he’s creeping me out. He’s way too pushy. It could have been editing, but I think Deanna is over him too.

    Now onto Graham.

Who can blame the guy for not wanting to share? Let’s face it: In a real world dating situation, no guy wants to know that he’s playing 2nd, 3rd, 10th fiddle. It’s a HUGE blow to their ego. Even if he isn’t that into her, he doesn’t want to have it shoved in his face that she is with other guys. Deanna is so into him that she can’t see straight. I don’t know if she is just picking up on the vibe that he could walk away with his heart in tact or not, but she’s bound and determined to win him over. It’ll be interesting to see if she’s still into him that much if he does come around and gush all over her.

Twilley….come on, he’s the comic relief.

  85. Lizzie Said,

#83Tara – I kept thinking all he’s missing is his gold chains.

  86. I agree with #80 Said,

It was ridiculous that DD went off on ALL the guys at the BBQ b/c SOME of them weren’t paying attention to her. She is very full of herself. How lame would the BBq had been if they all jut sat around and smiled at her. I feel bad for the guys who really tried hard and then she ran off like a bratty kid.

  87. Laurel Said,

Did anyone else think that Graham looked like he alsmot laughed when she was going off? I played it back a couple of times and could swear he was hiding a smile.

  88. Cc Said,

I think Jesse is really Chris Harrison in a wig. That’s why he can’t get a haircut because then his cover would be blown!!

  89. Dani Said,

How awkward was the singing?!! I was cringing with and hiding my face in the pillow.

  90. betsy Said,

Did anyone else notice that it was almost as if Jason knew she had a bad 2 on 1 date before she walked in the door. He was right there when the door opened and immediately said – Are you alright? Wonder how he knew that she didn’t just have an awsome time with one of the two guys??

  91. betsy Said,

Yes # 87! I said that he was trying hard not to laugh.

  92. A8 Said,

I love Graham! I loved his reaction to her coming in to the outhouse for Jesse’s date. I think he is funny and extremely laidback. If you notice he is always in the back of the group just checking things out and watching. I am not sure if he is into her or not, but I think he is really struggling with the process. (there is one who does every season) His eyes even looked shocked when she questioned why he was there. He had this duh look on his face.

I also think he has some level of comfort or understanding of DD’s character. He harassed her about wanting to be right, called her fearless at the track, and makes a comment about her competitive nature. She might just need someone like him who will let her be in charge. I think that if she chooses someone like Jeremy they would struggle because they both seem to be extremely competitive and controlling. Just my random thoughts – sorry to ramble.

  93. Cassie Said,

#90- Jason knew she had a bad night because both of the suitcases left the mansion. He knew she sent both of them home.

  94. Leslie Said,

I think Graham thinks this whole thing is a hoot. He is really playing up everything. He was soooo trying not to laugh because he knew the tirade was directed at him. He knows how to push DD’s buttons and does it well.

  95. MO Said,

    #75

I remember the purr which I think was his pathetic attempt at a growl. Also did you notice how romantic his most romantic date was?….. and that it took him 6 1/2 months to pay it off??? Only an idiot would spend money that he doesn’t have on a woman he wasn’t married to. I think the story was made up………glad to see him go!

  96. AnnieBee Said,

Awwwww, was Fred just the cutest darn guy EVER! I loved how he was going to go first with his “most romantic thing” story, and when Chef Boobie (hee…that was a typo but I think I’ll leave it unfixed – it fits!) jumped in with his big LOOOOONNNGGG (did the sun actually go down during that endless zzzzzzz) it was SOOOO obvious that it was all just so much BS (helicopters, Vegas, rosepetals, blah blah blah spent 6 months paying it offcakes GAG ME!)!! Then sweet Freddie tells his little tale (probably thinking to himself, “well I sure can’t top that, but here goes nuthin”…) and it just sounded SO much more sincere and romantic in comparison, not to mention it sounded like it actually happened in real life…AWWWWW!

I’m sure he’s having a ball with all the sweet midwestern ChiCAAHgo gals that have probably fallen for him…just like I’m sure Richard will be enjoying his local newspaper contest winners as well.

I’m really finding the transformations kind of interesting…the longer (most of!) these guys are around her, the sweeter and nicer they seem in comparison. And the gladder I am to see them go since they really do deserve sooooo much better than her witchiness.

It will be quite interesting to see if TPTB decide to bring any of these great guys back for a turn in the driver’s seat (so to speak) but I dread the assortment of bimbos they will force them to choose from…if only they could actually cast real human women instead of the drunkorexic plastic blowup doll/psycho bitch from hell types they usually get…

  97. MO Said,

    #90

Jason was actually with the guys while she was on the date. He wanted to see whose bags they took away. I am sure he was estatic, one night alone with DeeHanna. That night may have sealed the deal for him.

  98. oy vey Said,

Come on, 69 and 75-the Home Wrecker shirt is obviously a joke, I thought it was hilarious. It’s this huge beefcake sweetheart wearing a shirt made for a woman. (Isn’t that term usually used for women?)

  99. Missy Said,

#71-Dcal–thanks for that reminder:) “Sliding Doors” is my favorite movie and Twilley does look like John Hannah…and Beefcake Brian, lookout–mama’s coming home! I can be in Ft. Worth in about 12 hours, you hunka-hunka-burnin’-love!!

  100. betsy Said,

#93 oops! Didn’t think of that. Makes perfect sense now. Thanks.

  101. Chair Said,

by the way… in the Bachelorette… is there a “Men tell all” episode?

  102. Tara Said,

Anyone else think OHCH has lost some weight?

  103. reese Said,

    D-yawn-ah is America’s Sweetheart?! hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaNO

  104. betsy Said,

I think OHCH looked annoyed that everyone was in the pool last night.

  105. KC in TX Said,

Whay are they having an After The Rose special next week? Isn’t that what the little confessionals to the camera are for? We’re just going to hear DeYAWNa say all the same cliche lines again. I’d rather see more of the dates!

  106. Sher Said,

#21 and #54 – I totally noticed Brian completely ignore Jeremy and hug all the other guys! No one can stand him! Maybe it’s bc he’s so fn annoying and always having to get a word in…i.e. like when she was walking off to the helicopter with Jason and he yells out ‘come back home to me’ or something stupid like that. I don’t think I would want to be with a dude that all the other guys couldn’t stand. Has to be a reason for that.

#23 – I agree, the blowup at the barbeque was all Graham. She was still steaming mad from the race track date and then when he wasn’t kissing her a*s at the party, she blew like a top! I also agree that he needs to step it up and not worry about the other guys. If he put on the full court press, none of them would matter, guaranteed. She’s already begging him to kiss her at every turn!

#24 – haha! I loved Graham doggin her too about the spit swappin.

#47 – you’re right…”I have to say goodbye”….repeat of what HTCB said to her.

#52 – I agree, that would have been awesome to drag them out of the hot tub and have the rose ceremony right there so we could muscle gaze, but I doubt DD would have wanted the nation looking at her in her bikini for that long.

#64 – Hell yeah she just wants to make out with Graham. I cannot blame the girl! I was literally drooling everytime he had his shirt off with that hat on backwards….good lord! He is SMOKIN HOT!!!!!

#70 – Basketball Abs..haha! Love it!! “Give poor Jeremy a chance, will ya”. Too funny…you need to post more, Rick!

I thought it was totally adorable how Graham said he didn’t really feel like it was just ‘you and me’ and held back from kissing her….YUM. He definitely doesn’t ever have to take sloppy seconds, and he knows it. DD knows it too. I am hoping he goes all the way so I can continue to look at that hot bod every episode and especially on the fantasy dates. Can’t wait til the hammock scene next week that was in the previews!

  107. Big D Said,

Ok, so Thank the lord that stupid Chef is gone and we don’t have to hear his creepy voice or ever see his back without a shirt on!!! She’s totally infatuated with Jason and Graham but why in the world is Dumb-Dumb-Dojo still on here….That conversation after his victory lap was a pitiful disaster!!!

  108. JoDe Said,

I have to say that I love DOJO now with his haircut, he’s my pick (so far). I HATE HATE HATE Jermey with a passion. Too bad he didn’t crash his racecar. As for the rest, I hope that Graham comes around, because she really likes him. Remember, he has only been in one 5 month relationship, which does not say much.
Twilley is a D-Bag. He has to be stoned all the time right? Jason is kinda creepy, but I think that she likes him. Jesse needs a haircut, other than that, he is okay, does not seem like her type though. I hope ABC keeps the shows back to back so we can always have something to watch. LIke they did with Matt & now DD.

  109. Susie-KC Said,

Dang – I was all ready to join Team Brian before last night……what a shock. He is well-mannered, well-spoken, CUTE….but did you notice he had a plastic fork in his drink at the BBQ?

I hope Jason’s kiss after the double-dump wasn’t the kiss of death. He should have just held her and not gone for the kiss. On the other hand, I think Jason will be around until the end, because I think if DDah was going to dump him she would do it sooner, rather than later, because of his son.

Did you notice that none of the guys had anything bad to say about Fred? They all LOVED him. What a great guy!! The only thing I couldn’t stand was the accent….nothing a voice coach can’t fix.

I don’t think there was enough room for 2 lawyers in the group. And I guess hot (Jeremy) trumps nice (Fred) in Reality TV-Land.

  110. Sher Said,

    Jeremy is not hot.

How the hell could Graham be 29 and only have had one 5 month relationship since high school? That’s hard to believe.

What did #96 mean by “I’m sure Richard will be enjoying his local newspaper contest winners as well.”?

  111. nashvillebecky Said,

I know all of you have commented on Twilley — what the hell is that about? He’s as weird as they come and she never gave Brian a moment of her precious time — guess she doesn’t like tall, hot and all-american good looks… anyway….

One more random thought —- did anybody notice that Sean’s suit was shiny? ick…. no class

  112. Aggie Fan Said,

#111 Something else no one has mentioned….that is the second time Sean has worn that exact suit….not that there is anything wrong with wearing a suit more than once, but that kind of suit is a bit of a novelty and can only be worn once in awhile….not twice in three weeks! just my observation….

  113. Beth Said,

I want to know how Twilley is still on there, but nice/sweet Chicago Fred got the boot. Yes, I understand he was in the “friend” zone and she couldn’t see herself falling in love with him, blah blah blah. Really D? You can see yourself falling for dumbass Twilley? And I loved the little Twilley showcase piece at the very end… singing a song a once again making an ass of himself. And did anyone else laugh when Chef went in for a kiss and she turned her head. That was priceless!

  114. beens Said,

Yea, I’m getting a little annoyed w/ DD & the “it’s all about me” act. Yes we know it’s about you now, so come back down to earth. I still love Jason. How is Jason creepy? That’s nuts! I’m happy that creepy chef is gone, poor thing couldn’t get a clue.

  115. Shelley Said,

I agree with several of you that Jeremy is not hot. I don’t get the attraction.

Graham is, however, extremely hot. This is not to say he is good husband material, but yeah, who can blame D for wanting to make out with him all the time (her attempts are so awkward though!).

I loved Fred. He reminds me of Ted from “How I Met Your Mother.” Their names even rhyme! Sweet Ted, hope he goes home to Chicago and has tons of girls throwing themselves at him.

I find it amazing that DOJO is suddenly in the running simply because he got a haircut. This is similar to the American Idol David Cook haircut phenomenon…that guy was sort of odd-looking one week, then a side-part later he is a rockstar hottie! Apparently a talented barber can make anyone a contender!

  116. Beth Said,

I’m SO happy that chef is gone. Ick. I wanted to slap his dumb collar down. Tool.

  117. stillheartHTCBrad Said,

Ok, so maybe someone has already said this, but does DOJO (Sean) remind anyone else of a younger looking Ray Liotta?? Tell me I’m not the only one!!

    http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000501/

And I really, really like Graham after last night. I think what he did was respectable at the track. Jason gives me the insecure, clingy vibe. Maybe it’s just because my fiance is such a guy’s guy, but still…The way he said, “yes, yes” when she gave him a rose made me cringe!

  118. AnnieBee Said,

Hi, Sher (#110) – I’m #96 (Annie) and this is what I was referring to:
    http://www.pressconnects.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080610/LIFESTYLE/806100304/1004/LIFESTYLE

Apparently, Richard’s hometown newspaper is doing a contest on his behalf…so all you gals in the northeast have a chance at our favorite nerdy science teacher!!!

If anyone here decides to take a shot at it, I sure hope you will keep us all posted! How cool would it be if someone from here got a chance to meet darling Richard and spend some time with him!!

  119. AnnieBee Said,

Sorry if the link in my previous post doesn’t work, I don’t know how to keep the line from wrapping…anyway, if it doesn’t work just google “pressconnects.com Richard” and it should be the first link that pops up. Good luck gals…maybe Chicago will do the same thing for Fred and DFW for Brian…though it’s probably not necessary…hee.

  120. stillheartHTCBrad Said,

#87 Laurel–I totally thought the SAME thing about Graham! He was totally trying not to laugh. I used to do that in class to teachers I didn’t like when they got mad. Makes you wonder what he’s really thinking about DD.

  121. Carolina Said,

    Ok, a couple of things:

    1. I force my husband to watch the show with me, and last night when Graham turned down DDAHnnah for the kiss, and then all the guys were ignoring her at the bbq, he was like, “It’s no wonder! They all got there and realized she’s not that good looking, so now they’re just making the best out of it and havie fun being off work and hanging out with a bunch of guys.” I don’t know if he’s right or not, but part of me does agree–she really isn’t that attractive, and certainly a guy like Graham could find a hotter, MUCH nicer and less controlling girl without the “help” of reality TV, don’t you think??

    2. I definitely get the clingy vibe from Jason. He’s desperate for a “baby momma.” But then again, maybe DD wants that kinda guy.

  122. The Original C$ Said,

I didn’t think chefs were that cocky. Good God man! The thing that kept distracting me last night was how oily Chef’s face was all the time. Me think’s he only showered once, while at the big house.

Also, I can respect a good back waxing being that I’m a hairy guy but so much chest waxing? Two words: Hairless Cats. Maybe, I just missed the memo that went out 5 years ago that today’s man should wax chest early and often.

Jeremy looks like that New York socialite who had so much plastic surgery they call her the cat woman. (Cats must be on my mind at the moment.)

Too bad DD sends good guys home like Fred and Brian but doesn’t it seem like in both the Bachelor/Bachelorette and in life the good guys get sent home more often than not?

I’d be interest in some of the lady posters anecdotes from your personal experiences. Did you allow the hot/less into you guy stick around longer than some of the Fred/Brian types?

  123. AH Said,

Did anybody notice the really bad editing at the BBQ while DD-yawn-A was yelling at the poor blokes? Brian was at first sitting to someone’s left with a shirt on, then suddenly he was shirtless sitting on the right, then back to the shirt…HUH? Did she have to do a re-take with the yelling?!

YAY to cutting the idiot Chef, her dodging his kiss was the laugh-out-loud moment of the evening!

  124. KE Said,

Does anyone know if Shane and Matt are still together? Anyone heard any gossip on that front? I”m dying to know how they’re doing!

  125. D Said,

It is so funny how so may of us interpret the men’s actions so differently sometimes.

Jason- some say creepy some say sweet, I say kinda dorky and desperate. Not cool that he is away from his son for reality tv.

Jeremy- some say hot, some say conceded, I say too formal and overly attentive.

Graham- OK, most of say hot. I say cute, with a good body, but not settle down kinda guy at all. I wish DD would play a little harder to get towards him and maybe he would pay more attention.

Twilley- We all seem to agree… wth is he still doing there?

DOJO- does anyone like this cheese ball?

Jesse- some say ugly, some say cute, i say a little of both! But he’s got a funny personality that probably makes him better in person

Bobbie- I think we’re all glad the chef is GONE! The tear was classic.

Brian- We all say HOT! He was not into her at all and I agree with #121 that he just had fun with the guys.

Fred- That guy is going to meet a ton of women after this! How great does he seem.

DD- Some of you like her, some think she’s boring. I think she’s overall nice, but way too much of a drama queen and I don’t really see her with any of them! Maybe she’ll just have to find a guy the regular way… dating!

  126. Karen S Said,

I’ve only read a handful of comments but my thoughts are this:
    1) what’s up with the fork in the beer, Brian? (at the PMS-fueled party)
    2) Chef creeped me out – and I was sort of silently rooting for him before this episode, as I love a man who can cook, but darn, his personality sucked. And crying at the end? What the heck – he did NOT like her that much, he was just sad that he looked like a fool on tv
    3) Graham is NOT into her – at all. She was “dying for a kiss” and he wasn’t dying to be with her at all. She’s just keeping him around because he is HOT!!! Hopefully she’s not dumb enough to propose at the end to him b/c he would totally turn her down!
    4) I like Jesse more and more each week – he has the best sound bytes too!
    5) Jeremy has got to be the guy at the end – I predict him and Jason

  127. Cassie Said,

#121- I think DeAnna is really pretty and while we’ve seen a lot of drama- that comes with the editing. I don’t get why so many people feel the need to criticize everything about the girl. I actually really like her and think she is doing a pretty good job of following her heart. We may not all agree, but we don’t actually get to see most of what happens between all of them.

It always amazes me that people seem to get really fired up about this stuff. Like we know the people involved or something. While it’s fun to make fun of haircuts and bad suits (Sean) and over the top antics (Twilley) why all the seemingly real hatred of some of these people? Really?! Does Jason/Jeremy/Graham/Jesse bother you that much?

  128. Sher Said,

#118AnnieBee – thanks for the link! That is interesting. He will probably have some luck with that judging from the postings on here and how many thought he was cute. I wish they would do that with Brian and Chris in DFW. Not with Jeremy though..if he gets kicked off, I have no interest in dating him!

#122 – Bwhaahahahhah – Jeremy looks like the cat woman! I agree…he is freaky looking! I would probably be guilty of letting the hot/less into me guys stick around bc 1) they are smokin hot and I would be way more attracted to them than Fred/Twilly types and 2) I would be hoping that they were into me like I was into them and not see the signs..kind of like DD with Graham.

#123 – I noticed the same thing. I think they also did that with Jesse…one second he’s walking by without a shirt on and then cut to a scene where he has one on.

  129. Sher Said,

Oh, and #121, I wonder what the guys really think of her too. It seems kind of fake the way they are always oohing and ahhing whenever she walks into a room, like when she came to the outhouse for the date with Jason and they were going nuts over her in her dress. Are they really that into it, or is it all for the show?

  130. Laurel Said,

#126 – The fork in the beer threw me for a loop too – what the heck was that all about. Also, I think the swimming during the Rose Ceremony party was staged as they all looked VERY dry and her hair and make-up was exactly the same – I think that must have happened after or something.

  131. T Said,

If anyone’s curious, Brian’s last name is Westendorf and he’s an assistant football coach at Fort Worth Country Day (or at least was). Don’t know if he also works as a personal trainer at Ridglea Country Club like a previous post said. You single gals go get him! :)

An acquaintance of my husband’s went on a date with Twilley while he was waiting to hear if he was chosen for the show – she said he was a total freak. He’s not even entertaining enough to keep around, I hope there is some drama soon!

I don’t like DDuh anymore either. I personally have a problem if it’s true that she hasn’t really sold a single house and is basically pretending to be a realtor. Is this just because ABC couldn’t stand to have a Bachelorette who was “just” a bartender? I’m not saying I agree – let’s just be truthful. Although I think she seems to be very nice, is there anything more to her?

  132. Leese Said,

chef = creepy, too confident, needs oil absorption strips
fred = sweetheart, but if she didn’t feel him, that’s cool
jeremy = ewwwww, he weirds me out
graham = hot jock and that’s it; a few fries short of a relationship happy meal
former mullet boy = ehhh, borrring
jesse = nice guy, not for her
jason = melts my heart. he HAS to win!

  133. Briget Said,

For those of you wondering about the fork in Brian’s drink, it may have been a way to distinguish his drink from everyone else’s drink on the picnic table. You know – a quick, plastic version of those cute little wine charms. That was what I thought, at least.

Also, during DD’s rave out, I couldn’t help but think that she reminded me of a teacher who was yelling at the whole fifth-grade class when only a couple of the kids had misbehaved. It was not classy to treat the guys that were being nice to her the same way as Graham and Robert who were off pouting or game-playing or whatever. She should have ignored them and focused on the ones who were there in the moment.

I’m liking Sean more and still really like Jason. Jeremy and Graham are there for the game only. Jesse is not her type (- and doesn’t look anything like the adorable Chris Harrison to me). And Twilley. . . wtf?!

  134. Denise Said,

This season reminds me so much of the Meredith/Ian season on The Bachelorette. Ian was sort of afraid to commit but Meredith couldn’t keep her hands off him. That’s exactly how Deanna is with Graham. I predict final three Jeremy, Jason, and Graham. She will pick Graham. They are editing in the drama so we think she won’t pick him.

  135. Beek Said,

#132 you are spot on! I agree 100%. I was about to barf watching ChefTool trying to woo DD with all that sweat dripping off his fat elvis face. And what was that cat purring about??? YIKES! Jeremy looks like a dead fish to me…there’s something very botox-ish about his face, and he has ZERO personality! Fred was a punkin (but the accent had to go – it bugged the crap out of me and I live in Chicago!!) Graham is only on the show to further his career, but he’s mighty hot to look at. I wish he would shave. Brian reminds me of Brendan Frasier (anyone? anyone?) and I was really sad to see him go. Dojo…seems nice but really? Nope. Same with Jesse – he’s like the fun friend you hang with, not date. Twilley? what? Are you kidding me? Dude, sit down. And finally…Jason…he’s my boy and I think he’s just adorable. I still think he’s going to be the one!

  136. Brian? No Thanks. Said,

Okay, seriously. WHY does everyone like Brian? To each his own, I suppose, but his support level on this blog has been getting rabid and I’m mystified. I saw no promising qualities in this guy at all, except maybe his muscles. Never had an intelligent thing to say (at least not what we saw), had no chemistry with DD and didn’t seem interested in her.

And he had best song!??! HELLO house of pain? There was a reason Twilley was making fun of it at the end. WORST SONG EVER.

  137. s2c Said,

105 – maybe abc senses that people are turned off by some of DeAHnna’s actions, (like her tantrum last night), and whatever else she does next, and the “tell all” is really aka “damage control”

  138. Dallasgrl Said,

I apologize if someone has already said this; I don’t have time to read all of the comments, but what she did to Fred is EXACTLY what Brad did to her. She should have told them at the same time that she couldn’t give either of them a rose instead of letting him sit there thinking he made it through another week. She’s an idiot for not thinking that Graham and Jeremy are d-bags and getting rid of the good guys (Fred & Brian).

  139. Emily Said,

#136 – I totally agree, I am not into Brian either. Is he old enough for grey hair or what? I could never understand why he got so much good press here on this site.

  140. Anne Said,

I swear these comments are almost as good as Lincee’s recaps. This site is the best thing on the web.

Ok, I’m going to go out on a limb and say it. I just can’t see the hotness in Graham. In fact, I think he’s one of the least attractive ones there. I’m sorry! Don’t hate me! I just don’t get it. I really try, every week I try, but I fail to see why everyone thinks this guy is so good-looking. It’s just something about his face that’s off to me. Apparently I’m the only woman in America that thinks so. Is there ANYone who agrees with me? Anyone?

  141. Emily Said,

Sorry #140, I agree with #136. Grahm is HOT, Brian is NOT!!!!

  142. Change Change Change Said,

Yikes! Hair cut for Jesse, voice couch for Fred?!? Jesse’s hair suits him and his personality perfectly. And I actually ADORE Fred’s voice. Wouldn’t change a thing.

I was cracking up, though, when Deanna/ABC made Jesse wear a suit for the evening. They even had to give him one because they KNEW homeslice didn’t have one of his own. And then DD’s voiceover saying, “It’s not that I’m trying to change Jesse; I just need to make sure he fits into my style” or something. BWAHAHAHA. Suuure DD.

Jesse is sweet and funny and smart and totally, 100% himself. Is he for DD? I seriously do not think so. But I’m having fun watching him for now.

  143. Karen Said,

#132 – “a few fries short of a relationship happy meal” – I just spewed diet coke all over my computer screen. That is hysterical. I’m gonna have to remember that one. Okay….I heart Brian. I was totally perplexed as to why she kept Twilley over him. Twilley! Really? I just don’t get that one. We should nominate Brian for the next Bachelor. And Chef-Boy-R-dillweed was horrible. I was never so happy to see someone go home. And she totally burned him! That was the best part of the show. He was WAY to cocky and for no good reason I could see. I really liked Fred last night. I didn’t care one way or the other about him till then. He was so sweet and I hope he finds someone as special as he is. Jeremy is nice looking but I can’t put my finger on what bugs me about him. Graham….hummina hummina. He’s hot. Jesse – I agree with whomever said he was the guy you are best friends with but don’t date. Especially her – don’t see the connection. I think Jason is a sweetie and I think he will go all the way. DOJO…can’t quite get excited about him either. DId I forget anyone? I guess I’m having a hard time getting excited about any of these “connections” cuz I don’t really see one with any of them yet. And times a wastin. DD is working my last nerve. Till next week….y’all are cracking me up! I can’t wait to hear what Lincee has to say…she certainly has lots of material.

  144. BachLover Said,

Attention DFW Gals—- Let’s see if Kidd Kraddick, Kelly, and Big Al from Kiss will do a similar thing to the Richard contest for Brian and Chris in Dallas. Who’s up for this idea?? Anyone have connections to them? Maybe just email them?

Come on, someone MUST know someone at Clear Channel. Anyone? Anyone?

  145. Damaged Goods Said,

I about died when Graham said he didn’t want to be just “one in a bunch” to kiss Deanna. I kept waiting for him to call her damaged goods and have a doctor check to see if her hymen was intact. Made him look possessive and immature and just plain not smart. Someone on a previous blog entry thought that maybe the thing that seems “off” with Graham is that he’s kind of stupid. I wouldn’t be surprised if that turned out to be the case!

The only person DD seems wildly attracted to is Graham. That sucks because he clearly isn’t in to her, but she’s going to keep picking him because why would she let go of the only guy she has the hots for?

I am very, very interested to see how this plays out — meaning, how DD is going to keep rejecting people because she knows in her heart she can’t be in love with them. It’s almost set up to where she HAS to pick someone in the end, because how could she do exactly what Brad did and reject two people right at the end? She has a few options, as I see it:
    1) Blow off everyone early because she knows she can’t marry them, thus cutting the show short. It’s weird we’re getting a special “sit down” moment with DD next week…could this be some sort of lead in to the eventual train wreck?
    2) She picks someone she feels she can’t marry but somehow gets the message across that he is NOT to propose…hopefully in a smoother way than Jen did in her season, which, if I recall correctly, involved her yanking the guy off his knees and saying “NO NO don’t do that.”
    3) She picks someone, grins and bears it when he proposes and then waits about 6 months to announce their split.

In interviews, she keeps saying she is “very happy” with how the show ended. She can’t say whether she is engaged. Isn’t that how it all played out in Brad’s season, too? (OR are they trying to mess with us?) In an ABC web segment, someone flat out asks her if she is in love and she says something like, “I’m very happy.” Interesting.

Can anyone remember at what point we were told Matt proposed to his choice and was engaged? I feel like it was later in his season, so perhaps there is hope yet. But I still predict it bombs for DD. I think she put too much pressure on finding The One this way.

  146. heidi Said,

Jason’s kissing–driving me crazy! I think at some point some woman told him that she liked when he touched her chin/face when they kissed, and NOW HE CAN’T STOP! He’s always grabbing DDah’s chin, even when it’s awkward.

I don’t know–do we really watch this show for romantic purposes? Because I’m here for the laughs and the awkward moments where you want to stab yourself with a fork in the thigh because it’s sooooo awkward.

  147. Anna Said,

#144 and all the DFW girls — a girlfriend’s in the features dept at the Star-Telegram. I’ll see if she’s interested in the come-date-Brian thing. And if she needs a volunteer, I’ll be first in line.

  148. Raves4Richard Said,

Okay, how many hours have we watched – and we are still waiting for the cameras INSIDE the mansion…what the heck is going on ABC??? Did DD negotiate some private time or what?

It seems Robert thought walking around in a towel was okay, remember when DD told him to put some clothes on?? I knew then he was on his way out.

I thought Brian was cute, polite, kind, and great eye candy. I think it defies explanation that DD would cut him and keep Twilley. I am sure Twilley has good points, they just aren’t readily apparent to those of us catching the wierdo space case edit.

Sorry, I just do not like Graham – to skinny – too scruffy – to controlling, playing head games.

Jesse, I am just not feelin’ it. Go Jeremy, go Jason, maybe even Sean!

  149. LV Said,

I’m surprised that so many people are fans of Sean/Dojo. I’m sure he’s a nice guy, but have we forgotten the kicking-of-the-lemon at the first cocktail party?

I’m down with Jesse–he seems to be the most “real” of all of them. But definitely not her type.

Jason is nice and emotionally available or whatever, but I don’t think she’s okay about the ex-wife situation. (Remember “whatever, happens, at least he’ll always have” the star named after his son?)

I’m worried that Jeremy is just about winning, and Graham definitely has issues of which she is blissfully (intentionally?) ignorant.

And who are we kidding, isn’t Twilley just the producers’ choice?

My beef with DD is mainly her insistence that she can actually create a decent relationship from a reality show. Why do these guys keep protesting that they are “here for her,” falling for her, etc.? Hello, they don’t even KNOW her! Does this bother anyone else? It would be awesome if she, like HTCB, chose no one in the end… oh, the irony.

  150. a Said,

    lovin’ the comments~

  151. syna23 Said,

#140 I don’t quite understand all the fuss about Graham either…

  152. Leslie Said,

    Hymen…. LLLLLOOOOLLLLL.

Oh and #140, sorry, but Graham = HOT!!!

  153. s2c Said,

Has this been posted? In this link Brian refers to Graham as his friend :) http://www.briantexas.com/index.html

  154. a Said,

too bad Brian didn’t get more time with D, because it probably would have “behooved” her to keep him around at least another week. but then again, it seemed that he would probably have more fun hangin’ with the guys than her,-it looks like they have a lot of fun just being buddies in the outhouse.
    fred has an infectious personality
    chef was a mess
i love that gram seems to be laid back about most things and is just going over his script when he’s with D
jesse is fun and he is CH! that’s too weird.
dojo i can’t figure out, but most of the time i don’t care that i can’t figure him out.
twilley-the guy is plain awkward, but i also think editing has a lot to do with that

honestly, the only reason i watch is for a little bit of comic relief of watching 2 hours of awkward situations.

  155. The Original C$ Said,

No, the biggest WTF would be that this is all an elaborate ruse and Deanna and Brad actually are secretly engaged but put on a show to get double publicity and 30 minutes of fame. Then at the final rose ceremony at the Home Depot pedestal the truth, and Brad comes out, professional wrestler style and punks everyone.

“Wait! My God! That’s Brad Womack’s theme music!”

  156. wannabeDD Said,

#138 – I think she made a good choice in letting Bobbie go quickly (and with barely a good-bye) so that she would have as much time as needed to talk to Fred and try to explain to him why she was letting him go. I agree that it was sad that he sat there for a few minutes thinking he was getting the rose, but in the end I believe she showed him much more respect by giving him her time and undivided attention when she talked to him like a real person and not a fly (Bobbie) that she was shoo-ing out the door.

  157. Smiley20 Said,

I liked Fred too! I thought he was really sincere. However, Jason is BY FAR my favorite! I think that he is the most sincere. I bet it’s gonna be between Jeremy and Jason in the end. I agree with what most of you have said about Twilley and what’s up with Graham???? I personally think he’s a little weird and totally not there for the right reasons!

  158. Bachelor Fan Said,

#140, I’m with you, not a huge fan of Graham’s. I think his face looks like a weasel. I’m just sayin’… Also, someone please explain his 46 clothing line to me. Why the number 46? Did I miss something there??

  159. s2c Said,

maybe 46 was his basketball jersey num ?

  160. Sher Said,

Sorry #140, but Graham is HIZOTTT! And #135, I agree, if he ever shaves, I’m going to faint!

  161. Tara Said,

Random thoughts from last night’s show:
*Best sound bite of the night belongs to Brian – “We’re losing our cook, our comic relief, and…Jason.” :D
    *DDahhh touches Graham a LOT.
*How can she feel a “strong connection” with Graham and admit in the same sentence that she doesn’t feel like he’s “putting himself out there”? She’s right. He isn’t! BIG CLUE, DeAnna! She should’ve picked Fred and let Graham go. Graham is HTC, but he’ll never marry her. Fred would have adored her for the rest of his life!
*Why was Brian drinking with a fork in his glass?
*Brian’s song – he was trying WAY too hard. The guys who claimed that writing was difficult for them (Jesse, Jeremy) did much better with their songs. They were kind of silly, but they were heartfelt and at least made sense. Brian mentioned wings and clouds or something. Um…WHAT?
*Graham has never had a real girlfriend before. This is all new to him. I honestly think he’s not that into DeAnna, but if he is, how the heck would he know how to show it? His social skills with women are equivalent with a 17 year old’s!

Can’t wait for your recap, Lincee. Glad you’re home safely!

  162. Joy Said,

I haven’t read all the comments… and I’m going out on a limb here, but I’m thinking Sean may be the dark horse. I personally find him to be kind of a tool, but I’m thinking they might be good for each other! There was just something that clicked between the two of them, at least thats what I thought I saw. When he said something like “that girl is my wife” at the race track… it just kind of made sense. And I will say that with the haircut, he’s kind of handsome. I triple heart Jason after his time with her when she got home from the date. But I feel like she will hurt him, he’s just such a sweet guy and wears his heart on his sleeve… and I don’t want to see him get hurt. Brian was great… but he had better chemistry with his buddies than with her. I think he and Fred will do just fine after this show! They were both so nice. Fred is quite the catch and I think she was genuinely bummed there was no passion or chemistry. Jeremy still high in the running… whenever he or Graham walk in she lights up.

And as for Graham… OMG, sweetheart… he is just not that into you. It should not be so hard or be so much work. Not when there are hot guys there falling all over you. But we always want what we can’t have. If she picks him, I’ll be very sad for her. I can’t see a solid outcome from that.

  163. Laurie Said,

S2c #153 I just went to Brian’s website, and I like him even more. He is so enthusiastic and upbeat. He strikes me as a sweetheart. What a lost opportunity for D to the D to the Blink Blink.

Instead she is fawning over scrawny, immature, (yes, and possibly just plain stupid – as suggested by a previous poster), self-absorbed Graham.

  164. Jill Said,

#158. 46 = for sicks. Get it? It is a foundation for sick kids so 46 = for sicks = 46. After you say it a few times it makes sense.

I am also not a fan of Graham’s looks. And yes, I said it a few weeks ago and I will say it again, he is SO NOT INTO HER. I was schooled when I said it before that “men don’t always make eye contact” and “they were staring at the water, not at each other”. But I could feel it then and it is the same now. If he made an iota of an effort with her he would have it in the bag. He isn’t making an effort. She is chasing him like a little school girl and is going to end up broken hearted if she falls for him.

I loved Brian’s looks. He was my favorite when it came to appearance. Unfortunately, we didn’t really get to see what he was like.

  165. D Said,

Maybe Jeremy should take a page out of Graham’s book an play a little less eager. I think she might lose interest in him b/c he is so interested!

I totally agreed that Graham is not into her at all… until this episode when I started to wonder… is he insecure and maybe jealous of the other guys time with her? Or maybe the cameras make him nervous? Just some thoughts!

I feel bad for DD b/c I have fallen into the trap of liking the chase and the mysterious guy over the nice guy in the past.

  166. Dani Said,

I don’t think Graham’s that hot, he could pass for HTCB’s WT cousin.

  167. Missy Said,

#140 Anne–I am with you, honey. I think Graham is marginal, at best, and way too skinny. Not, not, not feeling it here, either…

  168. Missy Said,

s2c–I just added that to my favorites…maybe my wallpaper, I haven’t decided yet. That man is so fine…

  169. LA Said,

#149 I completely agree! And as several have mentioned this post I, too, don’t really get what all the fuss is about with Brian…

  170. dcal Said,

Deanna just needs somebody who is a total pushover – somebody who is non-confrontational and extremely obsessed with her, who will bow down at her feet… who is that? I’m not sure, but I think it might have been Richard. I feel sorry for whoever ends up with her…. I can hear the marital arguments now… “I put my whole heart into this marriage! Now do my laundry and the dishes with no complaints!”

  171. Tina Said,

Random comments from my husband who so graciously watched this week’s episode with me:

    1. Twilley will now forever be referred to as Tweety. My husband came up with this and I have no idea where he got it.
    2. “What’s up with that dude’s shirt collar?” (referring to Bobbie’s popped collars)
    3. Two words: pressed powder (referring to Bobbie’s shine control issues)
    4. “Do these guys not know how to tie ties?” For those who have this on their DVR, go back and rewatch the last 5-10 minutes, and pay attention to the knots on the guys ties. HORRIBLE! Graham and Twilley were the 2 biggest offenders.

As for my thoughts…I was, of course, super sad to see Fred go, but agree that he could do so much better. Sean grew on me this week but I felt like the whole Kentucky/red-neck thing was a bit forced. My favorite of the guys remaining is Jesse. LOVE him. I think he’s adorable and I think of all the guys, he’s the most interested in DDYAWNa. He seemed to genuine and nervous on their one-on-one date.

I’m not a fan of Jeremy’s. Don’t think he’s cute and I think there’s something a bit “off” about him. I’m also getting a bit leery of Jason. There is just something weird about him. I pick up a bit of a stalker vibe from him, and can’t really put my finger on why.

I agree that Twilley is a producer keep. He’ll be gone soon enough.

  172. Aggie Fan Said,

#140, I agree almost completely! Graham is cute, but not gorgeous; and his nasal-toned voice is driving me crazy. Every time he opens his mouth to talk I cringe. He sounds like a little boy talking while holding his nose.

#158, I believe poster #164 said it, but to clarify it is his charity for sick children. He talked to DD about it the first night and someone posted the link to his charity site on another recap. I, like many others, checked out the site and saw all of Graham’s modeling pics without a fuzzy face (I personally like him better with the fuzz-hides the fact that he has NO lips). The site was promoting the 46 clothing line, cups, coozies, etc.

#156 – I understand what you are saying, but one of her big complaints with Brad was that she knew she was second and he told her that he just sent Jenny home and the proceeded to tell her that he would have to send her home too. Then she did the exact same thing. It was just very hypocritical.

#144 – BachLover – I live in Houston, but have a friend that lives in Dallas that worked in media forever and still has tons of friends in the industry. I copied and pasted your message and sent to her to see if she can send to one of her friends. Good luck!!!

  175. Casey Said,

Is anyone else curious as to why there was a kiddie table at the outhouse for the bbq?? I mean, I get the joke, but where did it come from? The work of the intern? Does Pier 1 have a kids’ section?

  176. Stacy Said,

I’ve finally figured out who Graham reminds me of…..A leaner “Billy” from Six Feet Under. That may explain why I can’t quite fall for him. I fear he may have a little bit of crazy up his sleeve.

  177. M E 2 Said,

    # 140 – Me, me! After the first or second week, I was has horrified (maybe a tad strongly worded) that everyone thought Graham was so hot! I agree that there is something about his face that is “off”. Also, I am saddened to admit that I find it he-larious that he is sooooo NOT in to “America’s Sweetheart” and she doesn’t get it. She is all over him like white on rice and he just . . . . . ignores her. LOL

  178. Natalia Said,

I’ve been watching this show since The Chach days, and I’m having the best time ever this season. I think that ABC needs to seriously consider doing a season of Bachelorette for every Bachelor season. What do you ladies think? Isn’t it much more interesting this season than last?

  179. Louise Said,

I was sad to see Fred go. He seemed like such a sweetheart. Jeremy has a weird look to him … almost like he has some weird evil planning going on his head. The way he looks when someone else is with HIS woman LOL creeps me out. I am rooting for Jason. He is not only hot, but he seems like such a great guy, a great dad, and would be a wonderful husband. I don’t like Mr. Snowboarder. Does that dude ever shampoo his hair?

  180. Adrienne Said,

I would really like it if they did a Bachelorette that wasn’t a spin off of a Bachelor season.

  181. Sue Said,

#180 – -Agreed!!! I mean, how is Lincee ever going to get to be the bachelorette?! She’s too good to be on the bachelor! :)

  182. EmmieN Said,

Tidbit of info – House of Pain is an online store located in suburbs of Dallas where body builders can purchase workout clothing and gear. As a body builder/personal trainer, he is probably quite familiar with that company. It is not uncommon to see a “House of Pain” bumper sticker in Dallas. I’m thinking Brian’s song wasn’t all that original!

  183. Erin Said,

Here is the link to Graham’s site. He is hotter without the facial hair. And he always looks to tired on the show.

    http://www.grahambunn.com/photo/index.php?x=about

According to his website, injuries ended his basketball career. Yet, that’s the title they give him. Must all be former jobs!

  184. Cindy Said,

I read on the FORT website that Graham goes home final 4 and final 3 are Jason, Jessie and Jeremy with Jeremy going home at F3.

I also read (somewhere) that Jessie came on the show to further his career because he realized that he can’t snowboard forever. He told his mom that he was going on a national tv show to create an interest in him. Shame on him. But he was honest with DD Monday night by saying he thought he was the last person to go on tv and fall in love. He seems pretty honest and sincere when he talks to her, but does she want to be with someone forever who is so totally opposite from her?? And I just can’t get past the hair!

  185. Me Said,

Why is everyone so concerned with fork in drink? is it really that serious? Maybe they ran out of spoons and he need to mix his drink. Jeez. What’s the big deal?

  186. KudosforBrian Said,

#165 – Cameras make Graham nervous??? He is a model, he lets people take his picture for money! lol

#164 – Sorry, I do not like “46 = for sicks”, that sounds horrible. How UN-PC, should be 4 health, for wellness or something, I hope you are mistaken! I thought basketball number…my boyfriends lucky number is his basketball jersey number still!

Why is DD cutting the funny, sweet, level headed seeming guys?? First Richard, now Brian and Fred…

I only see a connection (on both sides) with Jason and Jeremy….she hasn’t even kissed Jesse yet, right?

Chef Robert if you read these…a “hot” guy doesn’t have to tell everyone how much of a stud they are. It just backfires.

  187. MissingMeeps Said,

Men….About the “ask if you can give a woman a kiss” question…if you have to ask – wait, don’t go for the kiss. Don’t worry, if you “accidently wait too long”, the woman will go for the kiss herself! By the way, if you haven’t yet managed to put your arm around her, held hands or to sit nice and close, it is probably not time for the kiss!

I like the bachelorette MUCH better than the bachelor! ABC pay attention! I think it would be fun to pull a name out of a hat to see which bachelor gets to stay at mansion next time. Totally random! Fun times!

  188. MissingMeeps Said,

DD – what are you thinking?? Do you really want a guy (Graham) that would avoid you and sulk everytime you disagreed? Especially now, during the “honeymoon phase” when the guy is supposedly on his best behavior?

  189. Andi Said,

Did anyone see the people article that Matt moved out of Shayne’s condo. Trouble in paradise?

  190. HipWop Said,

Maybe that herpes outbreak from a past Bachelor has freaked Graham out. I can’t blame him for not wanting to kiss her if she is kissing other guys. I second the wisdom someone spoke above…Graham saying “Whatever” at all in that conversation where Deanna said she was “hurt” is so indicative of a juvenile future. A man’s woman should be held in such high regard, feelings and all. He doesn’t give a rip about her…my opinion.

  191. TexGirl Said,

I saw Brian when I was out Friday night at my little neighborhood pub. He is a total gorgeous hunk of man. I wanted to jump into his lap.

  192. nur_292002 Said,

I just don’t understand why is everyone dogging Jeremy? I had a bad marriage in the past, and someone like Jeremy to come along and gives, wow! I have been told by many women that had their hearts broken said, ” Let the man loves you more than you love him” I found that tru love now.

  193. nur_292002 Said,

If anyone noticed the sneek peek last night, Jeremy was not there in the sneek preview. I guess he got booted off. DUH! D_UH NA she still does not know what to do with herself, If that is true that she lets Jeremy go, I will turm off my T.V.
