Last night’s show was great! I am really liking Jilian too. She just seems to have a “quality” that really sets her apart from the other girls.

I think Stephanie is a sweetheart, but I just don’t think J is into her. Too bad because she seems like she would be a nice mom for Ty and I can’t help but think he would be a good dad for her little girl.

Nikki seems mature as well, but I was really put off by her manly sideburns at the Rose Ceremony. I was cracking up when Jason was talking about her “obvious qualities” (read big boobs).

You are right – the Bachelor is BACK! Whoo Hoo!!!

Of course, then we have….

Natalie, who set feminism back half a decade with the mothership comment;
Erica’s impressive display of outlandish bitchiness (I totally agree that Megan was actually trying to confront another woman in *gasp* a direct, mature way!);
Shannon’s total readiness to be a mother thanks to her three pregnant friends;
Lauren’s pageanty self-centeredness;
Melissa, who apparently hasn’t even been on a date in 3 years so of course is TOTALLY ready to get married and be a stepmother;
Molly, who I swear to god actually said “wanna see my special talent? I’m a really good kisser!” kill me now;
Stephanie, who seems super sweet, real, kind, and generous…but who in the end will get the shaft because she just doesn’t look 25;
and Nikki, who blew me away by not only having boobs that were marvels of nature, but by ALSO having sideburns of such architectural triumph that I am now & forever speechless.

Thank you, ladies. You shock and humiliate me.

I rewatched Erica’s “cheated on” blurb a couple of times and finally figured it out — I think she was saying that her man had cheated on her with a 52-year-old woman. Apparently, he was mauled by a cougar!

I love, love, love Jillian. She seems very sincere and playful. She also seems like the kind that could just hang out with the guys and drink a beer…or dress up and go out on the town…or play with Ty. She’s got a stable (and sweet!) job and a lot going for her. It did crack me up when she said something like, ‘Get ouuuut,’ in her Canadian accent, when they got to the Robin Thicke concert (seriously? Robin Thicke? I thought that was random). The accent reminded me of Robin (from How I Met Your Mother) impersonating a Canadian accent. Very funny.

I also really like Melissa – didn’t like her at first, but I think that was me having a stereotype of this Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, but she seems to be very down to earth.

Love Nikki (Sandra Bullock) and Naomi (Eva Mendes). Didn’t think I was going to like Nikki after all the pagentry talk, but she’s very cool. Stephanie is so sweet and too nice. She needs to be a little more forward and lose some of the make-up. She deserves someone great. I don’t think Jason will pick her, but I hope she finds someone very special.

Lauren – yeah, what was up with her comment about wanting to be picked, but glad she wasn’t picked. She’d have to wear her hair curly instead of straight. NO WAY could she get ready in that short amount of time.
Um, hello…if Jason told me I had to shower, shave and get ready in 10 minutes, by God I’d do it with 5 minutes to spare. You’re entirely too high maintenance…

My husband watched with me last night and he can’t wait until next week already. It’s so funny to hear his perspective because when I was talking about Shannon being a stalker, he was like, ‘He has to keep her around. I mean, she’s cute. She may be a bit stalker-ish, but if he has a chance to kiss just one more girl, he’d rather her be cute than someone like Lisa…’ Horse teeth and all, I guess.

And, as for the scarf and tank top thing… I’m 29 years old and I never really understood it, either, but I tend to wear my scarf all day long in the winter. Granted, I wear it with a sweater or whatever – but then again, I don’t live in California. The trend was picked up from Hollywood celebrities wearing it…just like the whole Ugg craze. Or tapered leg jeans with ballerina slippers. Also, side pony tails. I have to admit, I love the low side-pony. My husband loves it, too.
