It’s time to pimp out a few things that are coming up in the next couple of weeks. Make sure to mark your calendars:
1. TUESDAY NIGHT: American Idol Live Blog
That’s right friends. Your very own AI blogger Kyle Cordell and I will be coming at you LIVE on Tuesday night. The plan is to both write during the show and then post at the commercial breaks. So you’ll need to refresh often and join in the fun on the comments section. It’s like we’re all there, but not really. Remember to bring your ear plugs for Adam’s screaming. And tissue for when he cries during his “emotional slow song” that he chooses himself. Because I’m pretty sure the judges will have him sticking his tongue out during their pick.
2. NEXT MONDAY NIGHT: Jillian is BACK! Bring on the mustard.
It’s nice to see that Jill is still trying to make the side pony tail happen. You go Jill. On another note…have you been to the ABC website? We’ve got some really good looking boys from which to choose this year! There are several from Texas (YES!), an oil man (shout out to O&G industry baby!) and a break dancer.
Let’s pause so you can read that last one again.
I’m calling it. There will be some sort of dance off and this dude will spin on his head. Electric Boogaloo style. Mark my words.
3. Big Pimpin’ For Real
My website started out as a dating reality show blog. It’s about time that I take the skills and education I’ve learned in the last 12 seasons, along with my E-Harmony knowledge, and put it to good use.
I’m proud to announce that I will be pimping out my cousin in weeks to come. He is currently serving our country in Iraq. My goal is to get him a few dates to look forward to when he returns to the USA this fall! We will be revealing his 27 levels of capatability in three separate posts. He is almost as funny as I am and way smarter. Stay tuned for more details.
So remember…TEAM KRIS, HOT DOG JILLIAN and SOLDIER BOY PIMPIN’.

Bachelorette bachelor first observations:
a) There are no men of color here
b) Sasha is probably a tough guy because you can’t grow up in Texas with that name and not have your butt kicked numerous times
c) Routing for Jake already as he’s from my hometown

OK, just looked at the bachelors on abc.com and here’s my thoughts:
1. What in the shizzle is a “Pizza Entrepreneur”?
2. Will our bachelorette be able to tell the two Tanners apart? I mean, did they both receive a yellow polo shirt memo?
Natkaps- the first thing I thought at pizza entrepreneur was lynette’s husband on desperate housewives, but then he’d be a restraunteur…so I have no idea what a pizza entrepreneur is… maybe he owns a papa murphy’s take and bake?
And can I just say….Hello Caleb the Nashville Photographer and Jake the Texas Pilot. Yowza! I would also take Jesse the Winemaker based on the fact that he makes wine and I am a fan of wine.
Also what kind of name is Kiptyn?
How awesome! I’m sure there will be NO lack of womens for your cousin! Can’t wait to read about it.
And the Bachelorette: all I can say is WOO!
Did you see the promo where Jillian slides across the floor like Tom Cruise in Risky Business? I think this will be a fun season! And I will wear a side ponytail next Monday in anticipation.
Alright, I actually know Michael, the break dance instructor!! We went to junior high together! Can’t wait to see him on the show!!!
I’d be up for a date…. Maybe that’s why I love the Bachelorette so much. I’m living vicariously through these women. But I live in Arkansas………:(
Wow, I’m not too impressed at first glance of the new bach’s Jillian has to choose from…..I’m usually REALLY into the dark hair, tan skin, brown eyes kinda guys, and there aren’t any of them to root for. Soooo, now I have to root for someone a little less dark. That Pilot boy is SUPER YUMMY (kinda reminds me of yummy football coach Brian on Deanna’s season)! My fav so far with only a first glance to go by and strictly going by looks alone (so shallow of me). And there are a few Houston boys I have to root for as well. Oh, I can’t wait for the season to start!
This will be the Most Dramatic American Idol ever.
i am sooooo excited for Jillian! I just really hope it’s a fun/spoiler free season, with some actual true love at the end, unlike the past couple season’s. Jillian’s a smart girl, i think she’ll make some great choices!!!
Oh and two words: Hot. Pilot.
I am happy that the guys are for the most part, average looking guys. It makes it more realistic.
I’m wondering if Jillian is a frequent kisser or if she’ll hold herself back. I hope the latter. But she did wrap herself around melba pretty wildly this past season. Could be a barnburner.
My observations:
1. I agree with anonymous too!
2. I thought there would at least be one or two Canucks but NONE ZIP ZERO NADA.
3. Natkaps – my hand to God, my first thought was “oh so that’s how they spin Domino’s Delivery Driver.
4. I’m all about the tall dark & handsome. My top two (not having heard a peep out of them) are Sasha & Mike. Aggie – we aren’t being shallow. We don’t have anything else to go on yet, so we have to oggle a little and have some fun.
Can’t wait for next week!

I thought Mike was handsome too, but there is something about his picture I don’t like. I can’t pinpoint it. He looks too feminine maybe? I don’t know….I think it might just me knowing once I hear his nasally New York accent I’m gunna wanna throw up. Sorry northerners, I just can’t handle the accent, one bit.
I’m not really diggin’ any of them. John P looks soooo nice (and John H too, just not as cute at P). I can’t wait to see if he really is. Sasha is cute-and from Houston, but that’s it. Kiptyn is kinda cute too. I think Robby looks like a party boy (and Houston native)….could get Jill in trouble! Jake is the only one that really looks HOT. I wonder if he is a jerk because of it. Ya, that’s about all of them I care to comment on-yet!

And yes, AI is going to be GREAT tonight…too bad I can’t watch it because of a standing Tues. night obligation…..please please please post as much as you can! I don’t have TVo and am too lazy to try and remember how to set my DVD/VCR combo to record…and you know they don’t have anything on Youtube or Fox.com. Oh, so frustrating. I wish they aired full episodes of it like they do other shows. Anyway, happy blogging tonight Lincee I will wait anxiously (in my meeting tonight) to read them when I get home!

Aggie – I have to figure out how to get my VCR going this weekend. A friend at work will be out at her cabin this weekend and mayl miss the first episode. Being the good friend I am I have to tape it. We then “take over” the CEO’s office and watch it later in the week. (He has a TV & VCR). You think I’m kidding but I’m not!
I’m still shocked that there aren’t any Cdn guys on the show. Then again I’m in Canada and can tell you there are no good single men here.
