I’m a 37 yr. old Twilight fan, so don’t worry…..my sis in law is 44 and after reading all the books once she is once again on the second book. We come in all ages, races, shapes & sizes. This is just a fantastic series. I can not wait for the movie either.
And Lincee, the 1:25 mark, what can I say, oh ya, the words are “Oh yaaaaaaaa”. Yum. But because of the strength Edward displays in not biting her I still have to love him best. But Jake is definitely more yummier of the two!

Ok, I just finally saw Twilight like two weeks ago. Yowza, Jake has certainly blossomed…do you use “blossom” for a boy? I will swear that boys did not look that way when I was that age. Anyway, I fall into Team Jake. Edward is much too controlling for me to see him as romantic.
Would you want to cuddle up with an ice cold vamp or a snuggly warm wolf? TEAM JACOB! I’m a 27 year old mom and I have no shame that he’s just a 17 year old boy. I’m just sayin’!

Heidi – yup, I caught that too. Seems the new director is taking his/her own liberties in re-organizing the book to fit the movie, so we’ll see how far it goes. And ya gotta admit, that was one HECK of a drop of blood for a papercut.. what did they wrap those gifts in – razor blades???
I’m gonna have to reread them all before November… *drool*…. I just dont want to deal with shrieking girls during the entire movie. Edward’s half nekkid during the Italy scenes, too, so if it’s not one guy, it’s the other. *L*
For the record…17 is perfectly legal in most states.

#18 Kendall – I think Bella falls or is pushed out of the way and breaks a glass table and gets herself all cut up and that’s where the rest of the blood comes from.
I’m 35 and on my second round of reading these books and they are just as good the second time around. Team Edward all the way!! My husband has gotten sick of me sighing everytime I see him on TV.

I have always thought Jacob was under rated in the books and with the movie actors – I totally agree! Team Jacob, I can appreciate him for all the young girls out there!
I have a 16 year old son and he was the one that was reading Twilight, ” to see what all the fuss was about” and “take notes if needed”. Then he said, you might like to read this Mom…so I did – “to see what all the fuss was about” and if I agreed or not! lol
i got my head ripped off when i saw that preview, and at exactly at 1:25 i said, “WHOA” with the fiance in the room. but i don’t even know who he is! WHATS HIS NAME???
Jacob is played by Taylor Lautner. I’m hoping this movie is better than the first–I didn’t like it at all.

From the previews it looks like next week is when it hits the fan. Juan better not be one of the ones with a girlfriend. It might be Dave, he keeps saying “I may not be the one for her” just a little too often. Gee feeling a little guilty Dave because you left your girlfriend at home to be on TV?
Dave is FRIGHTENING – put down the Dewar’s for god’s sake! I did love seeing him get denied the kiss in the promo for next week, but was scared that he was going blow up at Jillian. He has serious issues – I would love to CCAP him (the online database in WI to lookup people’s criminal records). But I have to say that I’m starting to like Jillian a little less every week. Stop squealing! Stop looking for someone “big & strong to take care of me”. You dump Sasha because his heart hasn’t been broken yet? Like you’re that much more of a prize because yours was on national tv? Whatever.

ABC must be leaving something out regarding Juan. They have to be editing. We haven’t seen him to anything bad and yet all these other dudes are freaking out about him. Was he trying to play peek-a-boo in the shower with them or something? Personally, I think he’s pretty hot. And I know tons of gay dudes, and I don’t get the gay vibe from him.
I honestly think Dave is acting like this on purpose for attention. More camera time for him if he focuses on another dude and goes apesh-t on him. He’s already admitted that he’s an attention whore.

Did anyone else notice the 2 ABC interns (waitress, maids etc) that popped up in tonight’s episode? And I’m just throwing this out there…my sister has dated a few musicians in Austin and they definitely are a dime-a-dozen. But absolutely not as CHEESE-TASTIC as Wes. I myself was yawning right along with Mike during his ever so riveting guitar solo.
Can’t wait to see Dave get the cold “cheek” next week.

Will Jillian ever stop squealing? – She’s nearly 30 years old, not 16 for goodness sake!
Did anyone else hear Wes say he wrote the song for “a girl” when he was playing his guitar for the guys? Was it really for Jillian or some other girl? And does ABC have to pay royalties to Wes for using his song over and over and over – or is that why they are only playing that one line?
Finally, did anyone else find it pretty crude when Jillian said she was glad to “pop your helicopter cherry” to Ed? Even he looked at her like he didn’t know what to make of that statement…

I like Jake and Ed. I didnt really like Jill that much last season but like her very much this time. I think she is smart and narrowing down the good ones pretty fast. Sasha was not that sad to go and I think she did a good job weeding him out. Yes, she has kept some losers but she can only let two go every week. She has some really great guys in the bunch too. Ed, Jake, Kip and even a few more we havent seen enough of yet. I hope this one works out. I thought last night was really funny. The wild west scene was a riot. I like that Jillian is so full of life and she’s happy and full of joy.
Does anyone know if she’s been public about her outcome? Is she engaged?

TEAM EDWARD……Jake is so….um, he’s a DOG.
Edward. Absolutely no question. Jake is too baby-faced and short — even if he has buffed up. He just doesn’t fit my mental picture of the Jake from the book — remember, he was supposed to be *huge* in book 2 – something like 6 ft. 6 in. tall or something. I have to say I was hoping they would recast him (don’t hate on me!). That said, young Lautner does have great pecs.
Also, I hope Kristen/Bella gets over he constipation and doesn’t mumble all of her lines in New Moon.
Team Jake forever. Loved him in the books – I’ll take the warm over the cold any day. And I’ve always wanted to see a wolf…
I actually think Pattinson was TERRIBLE casting – I love the actress who plays Bella, but Pattinson is no good. I don’t really find him that attractive – I thought Edward needed to be better looking. I didn’t like him as Cedric Diggory either.
Here’s the thing.
Can’t stand the girl. She annoys the crap out of me and is NOT who I imagine Bella to be. Seriously, she has the personality of bread…on and off screen. Personally I think she’s the dead one….
Edward is about 80% hot in my book. Why does he have to look like he has white powder all over his face when none of the other vampires in his family do? He’d be 95% hot in my book if he didn’t look like he’d been dipped in baking soda.
Jacob. There should be a law against how hot that young man looks shirtless now. I feel icky looking at him like that seeing how he is YOUNGER than my own son. Oy vey! But oh my…those arms…that chest….crap, he’s 17. Ugh. I hate this devil/angel on my shoulder thing. LOL
I admit to being excited for the next movie to come out. I want them to continue filming them back to back so I don’t have to wait long in between movies.

I LOVE Edward. I just discovered this series and CAN NOT get enough!! I’ve read Twilight twice, now I’m on my second reading of New Moon!! I haven’t even seen the movie yet…Trying to prolong the breathless pleasure of reading this story!! I do like Jacob, and that boy who plays him is very, very nice looking, but I kept waiting for Edward to resurface!! I’m 38 and have several 30-something friends who are captured by this story… Team Edward all the way!!!
I just watched this trailer again today. Really, Jacob? Really? Can you BE any hotter? Ugh, cannot wait for this movie.
