Meet my friend Christopher J. Hanke. He’s one of the most talented people I know. And I’m excited beyond words that he is going to be in a new show on CBS this fall entitled Three Rivers.
About three months ago, I received an email that said, “Check out this behind the scenes look of the show.”
I click the link and am waiting for Hanke to pop up on a gurney with a bullet wound or as a surgical assistant handing the ER doctor a scalpel or something. Little did I know that he was a MAIN CHARACTER of the show! He’s the transplant coordinator with a heart of gold!
And he’s so funny and so HANDSOME!
CBS loved him so much that they gave him a flip cam to take around for a day and document his random musings. Check it out here.
I’m so excited for Christopher to make it big in Hollywood. Mainly because he deserves to achieve this life-long dream and partly because I have a really good shot at meeting Billy Abbott now.
I’ll be conducting a short Q&A with Hanke closer to the premiere of the show, which airs Sunday October 4. If you’re lucky, I might convince him to send me a shirtless pic (you know how I love the nine-pack). I’ve seen the real deal. He’s hot. You have my permission to get excited because it is totally worth it.

Then there’s Josh Halloway from LOST. And, a little unusual, but Jason Segel too. I just love big adorable teddy bears!

No clue who any of your tv crushes are, Lincee, but they sure are nice to look at! I agree with SC on John Krasinski from The Office. My biggest TV crush ever goes WAY back to James Marsden when he was on a totally unpopular show that I loved called Second Noah. Then when he sang on the show with his guitar, I was immediately in love.
Maks from Dancing with the Stars! As a lifelong dancer, I would DIE DIE DIE to be able to take a spin on the floor with him! And he just broke up with Karina, sooooo there’s a chance!
I’ve been in love with Jensen Ackles from Days of our Lives since I was 12 years old but the timing has just never been right for “us”. He was a teenager when I was a pre-teen; he was an adult when I was a teenager; but now we are both adults so clearly our time has come! Now I just have to get him to realize this and we’ll live happily ever after. Also, I’m not-so-secretly in love with Anderson Cooper; he may a almost twice my age but he is so adorable!

Oh Tim Riggins, he is the reason I stopped complaining about my boyfriend watching Friday Night Lights and actually sat down and paid attention and realized what a great show it is! And to Emily, heck yes on Jonathan Rhys Myers, he’s actually on my “list” he’s so fine. And of course Patrick Dempsey, and this may be wierd but I have a little crush on the guy from Man vs. Food, Adam Richman, I think he’s a such a cutie! Okay…I’ll stop now.
Tim Riggins makes me very, very happy. So, does that yummy Coach Taylor. Actually, so does Matt Saracen. I happen to love the whole cast!
I also really enjoy watching the fine acting skills of George Eads who plays Nick on CSI and Mark Paul Gosselaar on Raising the Bar – Zac grew up very nicely!
My fave on Y&R is Thad Luckinbill who plays JT – go Colleen!

I love the actor who played Denny on Grey’s Anatomy (i know his name has three parts to it, but can’t remember). That strong jaw, and those muscles, that sweet smirk of a smile. sigh…if only.
But right now I am TOTALLY in love with Jon Hamm from Mad Men. I don’t have cable, my digital converter is not worth the cardboard box it came in, but have I forked over the $ to buy the season of Mad Men from iTunes! Oh yeah! Don/Dick is totally worth the money, as is the show.

I have to chime in….yes terri, Denny on Grey’s – real name Jeffrey Dean Morgan….my dream man! I tend to lean more towards the tall, dark and handsome men, but he definitely has it goin’ on in my book. Next heart-throb~I HATE the tv show, but watch anyway because I have been in lust with Antonio Sabato Jr. since I was 15 yrs. old and I am 37 now! I loved him before he became Mr. Calvin Klein underwear model or Jagger. He will forever be my biggest tv crush-those dimples! And I love his lips…next yumster~Gilles Marini (Dancing with the Stars last season and Sex in the City movie-naked next door neighbor)–yes, he is sooo hot! ‘Nuff said about him. Ok, one more….I too could go on and on: Javier Bardem-just Google him….absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I know my taste in men is very different than most women’s taste in men. #10 Jenny, Oh my gosh, I have never “met” anyone else who knew about James Marsden in Second Noah. My sister and I loved that show. He was the reason we watched. I was in Jr. High. And then he disappeared for a while. I’ll never forget when I saw him on something (I don’t even remember what) screaming to my sister “it’s him!!.” Loved him in the Notebook, loved him even more in Hairspray. He’s dreamy.

Lincee – I was so excited to see your post about Three Rivers. I wonder if you could pass some information along to your friend? I work for the National Foundation for Transplants. We’re a nonprofit that helps patients fundraise for their transplant expenses. We’ve been looking forward to Three Rivers and would love to get in touch with the writers/producers of the show to see if they might be able to include some information about the significant expenses for transplants (about $750,000 for a heart, and insurance won’t always cover it or often only covers a portion). We also launched the Transplant Challenge this year to register more organ donors because 103,000 people are currently waiting for a transplant. I’d love to find a way to educate people about this stuff through the show! It’s great that more people are talking about transplants, but sometimes inaccurate information gets out there, which makes it harder to dispel these myths. Thanks!!!

#28 the guy from Castle is Nathan Fillion, who used to be on One Life To Live as Joey Buchanan. He is totally cute.
I agree with all the Mark Harmon fans. For an older guy he is HOT!!! But I love him back from his early days as Dwayne Thibideaux on 240-Robert. He was on for 1 season. The series ran from 1979 to 1981. Here’s a pic from the show.

How are we not talking about the awesomeness that was GLEE this week? I know their target audience has got to be 15 year-old girls. My inner 15 year old was squealing with delight. My 35 year-old self loved it too. I think the writing is great, and casting Jane Lynch in the role of the cheerios coach was pure genius. She delivered some of the best one-liners. So on that topic, my newest TV crush is Matthew Morrison. He’s a doll, and my heart melted a bit when he put a little chalk on Emma’s nose, and then wiped it off. I don’t remember my teachers being cool like him.
My standard crushes are Josh Holloway (lost), Nathan Fillion (castle), Tim Daly (private practice) pretty hot for an older guy, Scott Foley (Felicity, The Unit), Michael Vartan (come on he was hot on Alias).
When do we get to do this with movie actors? I could list those for days…

Add me to the Tim Riggins list, a 38-year old married mother of 2 who watches FNL religiously just for that so-bad-he’s-good boy. What’s hilarious is that I was watching some cast interview included on the Season 2 DVD…he is Canadian and has a very thick Canadian accent (our dear Jillian x10) that he really has to work to keep hidden on the show.
My main current one is Alexander Skarsgard from True Blood. And as unoriginal as it may be, Patrick Dempsey. Watching him on Grey’s NEVER get’s old.
