NaBloPoMo: National Blog Posting Month
For the first time since I started blogging (two years ago) I’ve decided to bite the bullet and post every day for the month of November in honor of NaBloPoMo. Unfortunately, I have random thoughts about nothing most of the time, so this should be an interesting ride.
Since I decided to make the committment (about 36 hours ago) I thought the best solution to my writing block problems would be to ask the readers of IHGB to suggest topics. Otherwise, you’ll suffer through 10 “New Moon” posts about how I’m TEAM JACOB and proud of it.
This is your chance! Email me or give suggestion in the comments section. Consider this November 1 post the kick-off to a fun month of TV musings, movie memories, music madness and the general wonder that is Lincee and all the crazy things that happen to me on a daily basis.

I agree…I want to hear about pimpin lincee. That could be entertaining. Or did you ever tell us how your friend lost all that weight so fast? I want to hear that!

Lincee – I agree. I am team Jacob but get criticized all the time about it. I think Edward is a tad controlling. Don’t get me wrong – Edward is hot, but I would rather have sunshine than drugs anyday.
I am just excited to read Lincee’s posts everyday!
OK, watch one of the new shows that have started this season…like “V” tomorrow night and blog about that.
I think the day-to-day stuff will be pretty hilarious. Instead of recapping the bachelor, recap your days. I’m sure that even the most boring days will contain something to LOL about, Lincee.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post about Jacob!!! I love him too and never grow tired of talking or thinking or reading or talking or reading or thinking…you get my point. I’m TEAM JACOB and couldn’t be prouder either. I have to admit, Taylor Lautner is an extremely handsome young man but he’s not the reason behind my insanity. I LOVE JACOB!!!! It’s like most women with Edward…they’re not really crazy over Robert, it’s that women really want him to actually be Edward. Anyway, my vote is as many posts about Jacob, or anything else Twilight fandom related, as you dare to venture.
A couple of thoughts (random of course):
What was the best episode of friends? My personal favorites were the one were they lost the apartment (Your shooting with Althea? Nice shooting!), the one when Ross gets stuck in the leather pants (the lotion and the powder have made a paste!) and the one with the Thanksgiving football game (the important thing is the Dutch girl picked me!).
What would be some new challenges they should use for Project Runway? I think they should have to make an outfit out of stuff you find in a pet store (did they already do this one?), they should have to make a red carpet look out of stuff they find in a second hand store, they should have to make an outfit for an opera.
Who is one person (living or dead), that you wish you could follow on a twitter type account. My choices: Princess Diana, Elvis, Willie Nelson, Prince (or the artist formerly known as) and Einstein. Ok, that is more than one person…
Why did Adam Lambert give in to the pressure and make his first single from his new album sound like something Brittany Spears would sing?
What’s the best reality show of all time? My favorites: Survivor, Project Runway, Hell’s Kitchen and Top Chef. Although I also like Next Top Model (but have not been watching lately), The Amazing Race, Design Star and The Next Food Network Star and The Mole (is that one going to come back one) and for some reason my whole family used to watch the one where they eat all the bugs and stuff, can’t remember the name.
Just some ideas of things to discuss and sort out…

Although Lincee I’d like to add the Bravo Real Housewives of ….whatever city will currently be on franchise. Atlanta has been on hot of a mess this season…and I should be ashamed to admit I watch this trainwreck…but well it’s a trainwreck people chose to put themselves on and who am I to judge them and not enjoy their own….hotmessness?!?! LOL

I’d like to know Lincee’s daily routine. As in, are you a dunkin donuts girl, starbucks girl or do you just do the home brew and go with that? Random on the way to work thoughts like whether or not you judge/name cars on the road based on their value? Does Lincee have road rage? Ever? Not even a little?

I definitely want to hear how your pimpin’ went — and I also like #11’s idea of wanting to hear about your favorite episodes of Friends. I was and still am obsessed with that show and know every episode inside out. One of my favorites was also the one with Ross in the leather pants. Also loved the one where Chandler kept kissing all the girls (trying to hide the affair with Monica). Too many favorites for me! Anyway, your pimpin’ and Friends is what I would love to hear about, but I’m excited for any daily post from you!

I remember back in the day when I would get your bachelor recap via email from a friend of a friend, you used to make comments about your trapper keeper and stuff from the 80’s. I wanna hear more of that. You are a funny girl and I enjoy reading whatever you write! I’m torn between Edward and Jacob but Jacob is defintely HOT and is about to enjoy his time!!

1) do a “giveaway” – some of your IHGB swag. So like one day you introduce the giveaway (make people leave a comment to be entered). Then a few days later you pick the winner. That’s 2 days taken care of! And if the winner is nice enough to write something witty about how excited they were to win, you can use that for a 3rd day’s posting!
2) to get ready for Christmas, do an “Oprah’s Favorite Things” type thing where you give good ideas for Christmas gifts – just products or things you personally love.
