Ok…FINALLY got around to watching the wedding yesterday. I can’t believe ABC didn’t have a back-up plan for rain!! Felt bad for Molly when it started to downpour on them. Nobody wants to look like a drowned rat on their wedding day….especially when it is being broadcasted to millions of people on tv.

Although having an actual rainbow overhead as you walk down the aisle to “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” is kinda awesome!

If only… Melissa Rycroft had come out while they were slowly dancing to the Gavin Degraw song and danced circles around them… dancing with the stars style… in some slinky outfit… THAT would have been good TV.

Guess I’m not a real mom either…I always let my son lick the beaters when we made brownies. If grown men can drink raw eggs for protein, my kid can have a bite in some batter without children’s services being called!

I thought the wedding was nice. Hated that it stormed so badly for them, I don’t want to see that happen to any bride on her wedding day.

Did anyone else find it odd how many times Jason and Molly both referred to each other as their bestfriends??

Wasn’t that a big deal during Jason’s season– I remember him calling Jillian down because she said, “I want to marry my best friend.” I vaguely remember him saying, “I’ve already married my best friend and that’s not what makes a marriage last.” Am I remembering wrong? Could’ve sworn he said something along the lines of, “marrying your best friend isn’t what makes a marriage last.” Hmmmmmmm…

Loved the wedding and the rain. I think that fact that there was no contingency plan is touching. They can love each other in the sunshine or the rainstorm. That’s life, folks.

My daughter was watching it with me and everytime Molly said how much she loves Jason and wants to be with him dd would reply, “we know Molly, we know!” Mind you she’s 8. Even she was over it. LOL!

Had a real tough time listening to the repetitive, “can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with Jason”. Ugh.

Loved the dress. Spectacular. Probably mucho expensive … thank you Monique!

Have to give the happy couple props for giggling thru the rain storm and was amazed Molly (ABC) didn’t waste any time having Ken Pave’ (!) redo the mess that was her hair.

The wedding planner sadly forgot to have someone fill the glass vases that lined the aisle … couldn’t we have some flowers to fancy up the affair? How about gold fish?

And couldn’t someone jump forward with one of the pretty see-thru umbrellas (Macy’s) and cover the happy couple? There were a lot of former camera hogs there who could have jumped off their coffin and saved the day … can you say DeAhnah?

Gearing up for Ali’s season…another ugh. Maybe the theme song for her can be from “Ghost” in honor of her Grandma.
