It’s time for another induction into the Hall of Fame. If you missed out the first two times, you can feast your eyes on my inaugural post here and my “funny bone” post here. As always, all inductees can be found in a special photo album on my Facebook page. Enjoy!

Will Tippin

From the moment Sydney Bristow introduced Will into my  life, I have been a fan of Bradley Cooper.  Those eyes.  That scruff.  Those eyes.  That grin.  Those eyes.  Sure most of his characters in recent movies have been full on chach since the days he used to visit me every Sunday night for five years when Alias was the best show on earth, but I can overlook that.  Scroll back up and behold those EYES.  And for those of you who like chests, I encourage you to Google image search the words “Bradley Cooper” and “A-Team.”  Trust me.

Oh Captain My Captain

I first adored Chris Pine in the movie Just My Luck. Don’t you remember when it came out? It was the summer of 2006. Me and those two 12-year-old girls were the only ones in that Oklahoma City theater. Not Lindsay Lohan’s best moment, but Chris was all I cared about at the time.

Then I Netflicked Blind Dating. Let’s just say that my sweet Pine did not score an academy award nomination, but the infatuation did continue.

Then James Tiberius Kirk entered my life with that little mischievous grin and sarcastic personality. I was hooked. I saw Star Trek three times. I went on opening weekend, dragging two boys who were prepared to be unimpressed, a friend who had no interest whatsoever and a pregnant lady. Now I can’t speak for them all, but one can only assume by the debriefing afterward that we all had a fine time. The ladies were quick to conclude: He can beam me up anytime.

I’ve been cyber stalking him ever since. I can’t wait to meet him so he can go ahead and start falling in love with me.

Alright, Alright, Alright

God bless Stetson cologne and the person who convinced Matthew McConaughey to be the spokesperson. Am I right? I think this exact photo was my very first screen saver. Lord have mercy.

When I was a freshman at Baylor, I wrote a paper for my social media class on Dazed and Confused. Needless to say, Wooderson was a main character. I own five movies in which Matthew McConaughey is a main character. Do you have any movies starring him?

You’d be a lot cooler if you did…

THANK YOU for the Alias reference!! I too have loved Bradley Cooper since the Will Tippin days, even if he is casted as douchey guys these days. But wow, he’s mighty fine.

  2. Zandi says:

oh my word, i used to LOVE alias!!! that show was awesome. those were the good ‘ole days….

  3. jblle says:

I was on team Vaughn instead of team Will Tippin back in the Alias days. But….I have to agree with you 100% that Bradley Cooper is the ultimate hottie nowdays! Sorry… Mathew M. doesn’t do much for me! I’m like GROW UP ALREADY! He acts like a 22 year old!

  4. OKCBecky says:

Matthew M. —- HOT! Best movie: A Time to Kill! second best: Lincoln Lawyer —– and did I say it? HOT!

  5. Post It Girl says:

Any of them can beam me up. Anytime. Ever. Amen.

  6. Mallory says:

I fell in love with Chris Pine after watching Princess Diaries 2: A Royal Engagement. (And before anybody gets weirded out, I’m only 18, haha!)

  7. Bluegrass State Laura says:

Excellent choices!! You are officially my new best friend! =D Love those Bradley Cooper baby blues!! Alias was definitely one of the best shows on television…and might I say that JJ Abrams knows how to pick the lead actors in his series!! *ahem* The men of LOST…
But, MM does have that southern boy charm, the dimples, the scruff & messy hair, that spark in his eye that says he’s up to no good…. Ahh, what girl can resist that?!?!

  8. Lori Mach says:

I was on Team Vaughn as well but Bradley Cooper has become quite the hottie!! Just might need to pull out my Alias dvds and have a marathon watching party. I don’t believe I own a Matthew M movie. Must remedy that soon.

  9. Ashley says:

Oh, man do I love Will Tippin. I don’t think I’ve even watched Bradley Cooper in anything other than that, cause I don’t like the stuff he is choosing these days. These are all excellent choices! Those eyes are amazing, and I can’t get enough of Matthew’s southern charm!

  10. Austin-ite says:

    Party at the Moon Tower!

  11. saggleo says:

YOU….ARE…..THE….B.O.M.B!!!!! Love this entire list….talk about yummy!!!!! Thank you!!! And yes…I own quite a few movies with the hot MM…that I do! Now I need to add the others to my library!

    Again….you the BOMB!!!

  12. Lorraine says:

I have to say that I was team Vaughn too, but man has Bradley Cooper gotten better with age. Thank you for putting Chris Pine in to the Hall of Fame. He is quite the tasty treat. My friend I used to observe “Tasty Treat Tuesday”. We used to find good pictures of our pretend boyfriends, and send them to each other on Tuesdays. It felt like old times when I saw this post come through on what used to be “Tasty Treat Tuesday”.

  13. Chickpea says:

Goshdangit Lincee, you have great taste!

I own, ummmm, at least 4 MM movies… but darned if I can remember where “alright alright alright” comes from (but can hear him saying it!)…

And Bradley Cooper, oh my weak knees… :)

  14. Leslie From Austin says:

Alright, alright, alright is from Dazed and Confused. I used to have that picture of Matt hanging in my cubicle at my old job. Love him and love that he used to live in Austin. My little bongo playing buddy. :)

But man, Bradley is SMOKIN’. I mean, not your usual kind of smokin like perhaps, George Clooney or Zach Efron (I know he’s like 12 but still hot) or DereK Jeter or Shemar Moore from Criminal Minds. But SMOKIN’ hot like Ryan Reynolds. I mean, man, he’s so smokin’ they can probably see him from space. I’m just sayin….

  15. Kim says:

I think you have a thing for guys with blue eyes!! Great picks! All super cute and I think Jennifer and Bradley make a super cute couple.

  16. LizK says:

I, too, was on team Vaughn back in the day, but who has even seen Vartan recently and Bradley is EVERYWHERE! I couldn’t help but fall in love … I guess it was love at 100th sight. Seriously … those eyes.

  17. saggleo says:

@Leslie From Austin …you were so winning my heart when you mentioned Shemar Moore…but I’d put him in the same category as Ryan and Bradley. LOL! Oh how I love that man….ah…and he gets hotter with age (well for me at least). He’s even more gorgeous in person.

  18. hot mess says:

Great taste! Failure to Launch is a staple movie for me. (double points for having 2 men on your list in it) I must admit that Matthew did grow on me over the years. Not some much a fan during the Dazed and Confused days. And Star Trek was so much better with some Chris Pine hotness in it. It was already going to be great because my brothers and dad literally watched every episode when I was growing up and we all went to the theater together. ahhhh. Now while I don’t get the Justin Bieber infatuation, I do get the Ryan Reynolds mind-blowing hotness. He has also grown on me. mmmmm…

  19. Dee says:

    Dribble dribble drool drool.. :)

  20. JB says:

my fiance ruined Chris Pine for me – they played little league baseball together and he was a whiney little wimp.

Rent Bottle Shock for another random CP movie!

  21. adriana says:

“…he used to visit me every Sunday night for five years when Alias was the best show on earth…”

And then I loved you even more.

I’ve loved Bradley since Alias too! And this list is another great one!

  22. Kristen says:

I got to stand thisclose to McConaughey at the premiere for Sahara. He was super lean, had the outdoorsy look, and the easy smile. And very tan. A guy I know was on a trip to LA with him in their UT days for the Radio, Television, and Film School. They went around the circle saying what they wanted to do. MM said, “I’m going to be a moovie star.” He called it.

  23. Rebecca says:

I can’t thank you enough for extolling the virtues of Alias. I LOVED that show!

  24. VickiG says:

Will’s eyes remind me of the lyrics to a song “… I want to swim in the pools of your eyes”…. or something to that effect.

Chris Pine’s also in “Unstoppable” w/Denzel Washington – a really good heart pounding white knuckle film … he’s very good in it and yes, easy on the eyes.

I just have a hard time with Matthew – I hear he does not like to bathe often and has no problem “smelling” … that just ruins it for me. :(

  25. Shena says:

Men that beautiful I have a hard time looking at. It’s almost as if their beauty is so striking it BURNS! lol

It kind of makes me nervous of who I will marry one day if this remains the case.

  26. [...] picture box below him. Woo hoo!  It goes to show that when you make the official iHateGreenBeans Hall of Fame, you are destined to be featured in this magazine!  You rock Will Tippin.  Love ya.  Mean [...]
