THE most boring episode ever. And I thought Ben’s season was a sleeper..this entire season so far tops it…zzzzzzzzzz! My cool white wine was warm by the end of the 2 hours..goodness!!
oh my, it was a snooze-fest…i can’t put my finger on just why…but i had to fight not to doze!!
Yup. Snoozearama. JP fondling every single girl’s hair, and exclaiming how much he wants everyone to be happy can’t compete with the Olympics!
Sami..I noticed the same with JP and the girls hair! Why did he insists on pulling their hair back behind their ear??!! So totally aggrivating! I swear, if that was me, he would have gotten a swift backhand, lol!
If he wants to be a good role model for Camila, he shouldn’t date 25 girls at once, and make them compete for his attention. What kind of message is that sending to Camila for what her “acceptable behavior” should be later in life? #justsaying
JP seems to have a very flexible approach to appropriate morals for single parents that suits him to fondle whoever he wants to at any given time. And the hair business to me signals no real respect for women. His “apology” to Claire was lame-o.
All I gotta say that is I was on a date and he threw poop at me, I’d be gone so fast. That is a deal breaker for me. I didn’t realize that until last night, but poop throwing is now on my list of deal breakers!
I’ve really started disliking JP. He’s border line creepy. He doesn’t want to kiss one girl? Then last night he kisses 3 or 4 of them in a row? Gross! At least brush your teeth or gargle with listerine between them!
His “lissen to me” and “look at me” and “truss me” lines are lame and a bit narcissistic.
Every time I watch I say I can’t keep watching this! But then I do. Kinda like a train wreck, I guess…
I agree he is getting increasingly creepy. Also agree about the flexible morals with Clare: he can’t ‘kiss’ in the ocean at 4am, but he can pretty much kiss her anywhere, anytime before midnight. I mean, he was the one seducing her all day on the Vietnam date.
The business about his daughter is getting silly. If he was so worried about that, he wouldn’t be on the show at all no less acting like a lothario.
That said, the only girl he really seems to like is Clare. He can’t keep his hands off her and likes listening to her. She’s not my favorite, but neither is he, so maybe they belong together. The rest of them just seem to think he fits some kind of checklist, but they don’t have any real chemistry.
Snoozefest is right! Most exciting part of the night was watching Cassandra’s onscreen age change from 21 to 22! JP keeps getting creepier and so do Sharleen’s kisses. Ewwww!
Juan Pab is the new Ben and Clare is the new Courtney. That’s what I decided last night. I’m starting to dislike JP and that makes me sad. Sigh
I agree, last night was very boring. Poor Cassandra, you could almost see the target on her forehead every time she talked about her birthday and moving forward with Juan Pablo.
The hair thing annoys me, too. It was cute at first but now it is clearly one of his “moves”, and I’m sick of it.
I did like the Lord of the Rings village, and I think it would be fun to see New Zealand. Fancy Sharleen being a LOTR geek!!
If we just go by the kissing, I’m guessing Nikki, DAndi, Clare and Sharleen in the final four.
Does anyone else think there are fewer declarations of love in this season than others? Only Nikki has used the “falling for you” code phrase, and I hear a lot of “he’s such a great guy”, but I don’t think any of them are getting truly attached.
Just putting it out there, but I can’t stand Clare! She’s got such a baby voice and it drives me nuts. She’s all about me, me, me. Oh wait, so is JP. Maybe they do deserve each other. I liked JP in Des’s season but he’s turning out to be nothing but a dog in his season. He did nothing but make out with 4 girls in a row during the cocktail party. Yuck!
I agree with everyone on the creepiness! He has the same lines and same moves with every single girl. I have yet to hear him have a meaningful conversation with ANYONE! It’s so annoying!
Can’t stand Clare or Nikki. Clare is a drama queen and it seems like every word, every little bite of her lip and every head toss is SO fake! She’s trying waaaaaayyyy too hard. I think Nikki’s just there for the competition. She doesn’t seem that into him and her mannerisms are really annoying. I love Renee but she’s way too good for him – hope she realizes that once she’s inevitably gone before the Final Rose. Sharleen is still strange but I love that she’s a LOTR geek. Too funny. Like DAndi, but again, she can do better and they have had zero meaningful conversations.
I was cringing every time he kissed someone last night as he clearly had a cold!! YUCK!
He’s nice to look at and that’s about the only saving grace of this season!
Susan I so agree… The kissing at 4 am is terribly wrong, but kissing 5 girls in one night before midnight is ok. Ridiculous.
Also, am I the only one who questions what is going on with Renee’s eyelashes?? I like the girl a lot… She’s super pretty naturally. But that mascara is not working correctly in my opinion…….
