OMG, that nose adjustment thingy scarred me for life!!
On a separate note, why does Des wear those tight pants with short booties? They emphasize her bowed legs and it’s not very attractive.
I found last night’s episode boring. It was like watching the same thing unfold 4 different times. She described every family as amazing and warm and energetic. “Blah blah blah”, to quote her brother!
I must admit that as I watched Zak in the rejection limo I thought “Cheer up dude. You’ll be the next Bachelor.” Guess James rubbed off on me.
Liana – She is such a pretty girl, with a great body, and all I can think every week is “She really needs to go to one of those places where they fit you for jeans that work with your figure, because the skinny jean is NOT for her.”
Also, am I the only one who thought she was handing a flipping TAMPON to whomever it was she gave that paper flower to?
I lost all respect for Chris and his nose goo last night.
What is up with Zak’s cheeks? That’s how boring the episode was. I couldn’t stop wondering what was going on with his pudgy jowls.
I can’t believe the lack of table manners of the families!! Has no one really ever taught them how to hold a fork?

I think Des is a really normal, beautiful girl who has treated everyone with respect and kindness. She is bow-legged but I think her figure is amazing; who among us doesnt have a few flaws that we would love to change?
I think Chris’ family was very strange and it was inappropriate for the dad to take Des into the basement for an adjustment and it only got worse when he did the nose thing to Chris! I thought for sure he would be the one to get sent home.
I dont see the love connection with Brooks; he seems very confused by this whole ordeal. I felt bad for Zak; he definitely seemed in love with Des and blindsided by the rejection. Does anyone else think Drew is gay?
Zak was definitely my fave… Even with his “orange glo!!” 🙂 Sad to see him go– hopefully next Bachelor!
I was literally hiding behind my couch cushions during the nose adjustment! I almost started rubbing my collar bone as I rocked back and forth saying “Please make it stop!”
Kelli – I said outloud last night “Are we sure Drew isn’t gay?” So yes, I think it too. Bummed about Zak, I actually grew to like him.
Brooks never really seems plugged in to what is going on around him, and I’m not going to lie- he always looks like he’s stoned. All of the families seemed nice enough- Zak’s was very down to earth. Drew gets less likeable for me each week- maybe because he’s too pretty. I’m not sure. EVERY hometown date one family is painted in that weird/awkward light. I’m sure the camera crew baited Chris to do that nose thing. (Of course I have to defend my #1 pick) haha!
I too think that Drew is a bit effeminate- in all of Des’ final four have some effeminate qualities: Brooks has a high voice & is introspective, Drew looks good in pink and has an expressive vocabulary, Chris likes to write poetry & Zak likes to get naked and presents Des with a journal…
I think these are Des’ final four because she has expressed the need for a man who is expressive in his feelings…
However, just because a man is in touch with his feminine side does not mean that he is gay-

Des has said on numerous occasions that she is in love with Brooks so why not end the show now! Aggrieved, I agree with you that Brooks seems stoned. I just don’t see their connection. Gotta say to that maybe her brother is spot on about this process.
