Dear John: You’re hot. Love, Lincee
Remember back in November when I asked you guys if I should go see Dear John? Well last weekend I did. And if you follow me on Twitter or Facebook, you would have seen from my tweet and status update that I came away, once again, with the knowledge that Channing Tatum is hotter than crap.
The movie was okay. He cried better than I thought he would. But being the hopeless romantic that I am, I walked away with the image of him picking up the girl and kissing her in the rain burned in my memory forever.
Oh to be that girl.
I first loved Channing in She’s the Man. It’s time you know that I have a somewhat unhealthy girl crush on Amanda Bynes, but that’s not my point right now. Channing is so adorable when he isn’t “acting” and let’s himself go in that movie.
But then I really fell in love with Channing during Step Up. Give me a guy who is confident on the dance floor ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.
You know how I love to secretly believe that there is such a thing as spontaneous group dancing.
Oh if that were true.
But this will probably go down as one of my favorite Channing Tatum moments.
Oh to be Ellen.

And you’re correct! He did cry much better than I thought he would. But overall I was really kind of disappointed I wasted $5.50 on seeing the movie in the theater. Not that great.
And speaking of beautiful men Yay! Taylor Lautner turns 18 today, so having a crush on him goes from being super creepy, to just kind of creepy because he’s barely legal.

For the record, I’ve loved Channing Tatum forever as well. I was slightly disappointed when he got married, but then I remembered I was married too. LOL
I was disappointed with Dear John too. It had me through 2/3 of the movie. That’s all I will say, but the ending was not the best. 🙁 Just kind of ended…..
I didn’t catch him on Ellen. Thanks for sharing and reminding me of why I love him.

Spontaneous group dancing…that’s always what I’ve hoped heaven will be like. And, great Ellen clip! I still haven’t decided if I should see Dear John in the theater or wait for the DVD.
