The show I cover over at Entertainment Weekly had back-to-back episodes on NBC last night. Therefore you get not one but TWO recaps! Fun fact: the actor Brent Morin who plays one of the “undateables” is completely charming. He sings LITE-FM songs, tap dances and knows how to mix and amaretto sour. Say hello to my sweet spot! I sent the recap link out into the Twitterverse this morning and he favorited it! You go click HERE for the first recap and HERE for the second one. I’m going to go check Google to see if he’s married.
I’m extremely proud of my hometown boys! Purple Crush Pride! Class of 1994.
I took this quiz and got a LOT of the answers right. I don’t know if I should be sad or proud?

I was at first fascinated by the creativity in this group of logos. But then I became irritated because I couldn’t see what I was supposed to see. Of course, I’m that person who can’t see the hidden 3D image that pops out of another picture when you relax your eyes. It must be in my genes. My mother looks at the Batman logo and only sees an open mouth. We’ve started a support group.
When I was in fourth grade, I won the Citizen Bee award and was called up to the podium in front of the entire school. Of course the principal looked at my uniquely spelled name and enthusiastically instructed “Linky Ray” to join her on stage. I looked around for the foreign exchange student who was lucky enough to win such a prestigious award and was quickly ushered out of my seat by my teacher.
Needless to say, Linky stuck through high school, morphed into Slinky and was later shortened to Slink. To this day, a handful of people call me Slink, including my high school friend Julie, my niece and everyone standing around my niece at any given moment because she has never heard of this stranger named Lincee.
