Since we are in hiatus from The Bachelor until the middle of May, I decided to let you, the reader, tell me, the blogger, what you would like for me to write about here on iHateGreenBeans.com.

That’s short for: I’m tapped out in the creativity department.

You see, I write for my job. All day long. Sometimes, it’s hard for me to turn off my work mode and focus on my passion because my brain is simply too tired. This is where you come in.

We can do this one of two ways:

A. You can ask me a single question via the comment section or emailing me directly.
B. You can suggest I write about a particular topic and I’ll either comply immediately or take it to a vote among the masses.
C. You will get credit for your question/suggestion.

I’m an open book. Nothing is off limits. Be silly. Be serious. Just be. I absolutely can’t wait to read your thoughts and questions. This is going to be so much fun. And a little bit scary. But I’m willing. Sound off!

Ok well here we go! Thanks for opening it up for questions.. My first question is what if we have 2 questions?

2. So I’m a fellow blogger/aspiring writer and would eventually like to make writing a source of income.. for some reason the .2c google ads aren’t cutting it. Is your blog a good source of income just by the hits or is it more a launching pad for your other writing paid gigs?

You can private message on FB or (wer’e friends)
through my blog at courtneyspears.com
or whatever you choose.

Lincee, there’s just something about how you recap reality tv that makes it SO much more exciting and worth watching! I’m already in withdrawl from your bachelor blog and it’s only been 2 weeks! I used to love it when you wrote about the Amazing Race in days of yore, but I guess it’s too far into the season to do that now… Hmm… Dancing with the Stars? It’s only just begun, and there is that super yummy Cuban heartthrob William Levy – love to hear your take on him – he gives Roberto a run for his money! And the DWTS season fits in perfectly with the timing of the Bachelorette, as it ends just before Emily’s season begins! So, you’d be able to sail smoothly from one show to the next and none of us would have to experience withdrawl again! That’s my two cents! 🙂

Which “old school” expectations should girls still have of guys (while dating)? Name them and tell us why they are [still] important. (I’m thinking along the lines of call… don’t text.)

Ready? Go!

I’d love to read about your experience of going from relative obscurity (in the world at large) to an invite from OHCH to be in the audience at the WTA, to a Huffington Post columnist with a press pass to the WTA ; )
Give us the inside scoop on the overall arc of this experience over the past few years – what you felt as it all happened, complete with your own trademark fab humor!

The only things that makes watching the Bachelor or Bachelorette worth while are Someguy’s and your blogs. That being said, what blogs do you have to read? If any.

“I say that whay you say is what I say!” Write about the new Newsies Musical on Broadway. That would mean you have to go see it. : ) BTW the show was extended through August!! PS. I’m the one who wrote to you about it about a month or so ago.

I was going to say write about the best places to drink dr pepper…but everyone else’s replies were so serious…now I feel kinda silly. But really, where does it taste the best? By the pool? On an airplane? In Rio?

Ohhh I’m down with the DWTS recapping. Looks like it will be a good season.

Are you a Bravo Real Housewives watcher? You would give some fantastic recaps on that (either city really-since I watch them all just about).

So we’re all here because we love the way that you retell the Bachelor’s antics. Most of us watch the show as hopeless romantics who want the best for the bachelor, but more because we want to read your blog and be overcome with laughter.

My idea would allow you to continue this theme. Why not create a bachelor season of your own? You need a willing bachelorette (me!) and your readers’ selection of men. As you filter through the selections, entertaining updates can be posted.

It’s like a real live bachelor season–but with class, and real life scenarios. Well, unless you want to fly me to Fiji, because that’s an option too.

I’d like to see you write about the idea of “calling.” How have you felt God’s call… What are you most passionate about… How can we listen, respond and take the pludge into answering God’s call on our lives?
