When InStyle Magazine reached out to see if I wanted to write about the cast of Dancing with the Stars being announced, I answered, “Of course.” HOWEVER, this does not mean that I won’t be writing my own recap this season. I’ll be doing a little something different over there than I will over here, but I would love for you to check out both! I’ll make sure to leave a link for you so you can easily navigate from one website to another.

Let’s face it. This season is going to be incredible. All my childhood favorites are together again, just begging me to steep in 1980s goodness. Tom is ready to make me laugh and Erin is ready to make me hide behind a couch cushion. And when all is said and done, it’s a battle of the ballroom to see who wins the Mirrorball Trophy.

If I had to bet right now, I’d say Milo, DeMarcus, MARY LOU RETTON FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, and all the young ones have a solid shot. But I’m always happy for the dark horses to come riding in at the last minute to impress me to pieces.

PS: I hope Sharna finally wins. I think she may have a shot with Bobby Bones.
