Does anyone else feel dirty?

I’m still recovering from watching Bangs give our Bachelor a freaky massage through his ill fitting suit. Sometimes when I close my eyes, I can still see the “relief” in her facial expressions.  Help me.

The recap will be up later this afternoon.

Until then, let me know what you thought of last night’s show in the comment section!

I kept thinking that our “Free Spirit’ was born 40 years too late for Woodstock. I loved that Juan Pablo seemed to be weirded out by her bare feet on his lap.

Holy cow, Sharleen was clearly SO out of place in this group. I could almost feel her thinking, “what did I get myself into?!”

Sooo many “bless her heart” moments for so many of the other girls! Ay, yi, yi…

See, now I liked that Sharleen wasn’t into him at all! She wasn’t falling all over him like the other girls. Why on earth does nearly every girl on this show think they are the PERFECT match for him when they HAVEN’T EVEN MET HIM! Maybe he needs to convince them that he’s right for THEM! Go Sharleen! Juan Pablo obviously likes a challenge… and a grown-up!

What does JP see in Sharleen? Is he intrigued because she is the only one that doesn’t seem into him? I don’t get it. Her response to the rose, a hesitant “sure,” was uninspiring. I guess there’s no such thing as taking a rose offer back, huh?

My favorites are Andi (smokin hot assistant DA), Ali (nanny from Chicago), Lacy (9 special needs siblings–that kind of patience cannot be over valued), Lauren (the piano player), Danielle (psych nurse, just like her look), Cassandra (way too young but too gorgeous too ignore). Victoria from Brazil also intriguing. Does JP prefer brunettes like me? Not sure if all these women made it to the second round but I think so.

Massage-girl would have creeped me out, as would the flower child. Lauren H. not ready for this as she freaked out on Day One but she rallied for her conversation with JP. I respect that. Felt bad for Kylie, who stepped forward when JP called out “Kat” but she handled her error gracefully.

The one shooting the bow and arrow (Valerie?) is the odds one favorite to be the villain this season.

I see Juan Pablo as being like a super hero of love. With great power (sex appeal) comes great responsibility. The temptation to not settle down, move from beautiful woman to beautiful woman, has to be great. Can he really commit himself to one woman for the rest of his life? Maybe he’s ready. I’m not fully convinced. But any of these women (save Sharleen maybe) wouldn’t certainly be willing to put him to the test.

Sharleen’s hesitancy at accepting the rose was one for the bachelor record books. JP described her as “elegant” which was apparently true, just not so eager to fall for him. that probably changes based on the previews.

I’m sorry but how does one get jobs such as a “mineral coordinator”, “free spirit” and “dog lover”?

I thought almost all of the girls had very boring introductions. Some barely talked to him, some forgot to tell him their name, some walked away before he was really done talking to them. I don’t have a one specific girl that I think is “the one” but I do have some that like. Out of the eight I thought were clearly crazy he only picked three. There may be hope. I do see some major drama coming this season.

Did anyone read Juan Pablo’s blog on People? My favorite line was, “Finally next week I got to go on Juan-on-Juan dates.” That made me so happy. There are just so many ways to use Juan in a punny way. And it doesn’t get old. I think it is going to be juan heck of a good season.

Juan Pablo was a little more endearing to me last night than I thought he would be. Loved the little finger waves as the limo pulled up. Although he was clearly a total ogler (guess that would be a “togler”) which kind of creeped me out. Must be that Latin Lovers can get away with it!

Wow, I am a huge bach fan but really JP is just too much, seems such a player and it hasn’t even started. Some of these girls are nice, I hope they don’t fall for his accent, because there just is not a lot behind it! Could be my least favorite bachelor so far, and he has plenty of competition! Yikes! And, these girls are clearly capitalizing on their 15 minutes of fame.

This is the first season that I’m going to watch only for entertainments sake. JP is fun to watch and I think he’s probably a great dad, but I just don’t think he’s in this for ever lasting love.

I am not a huge JP fan, but will watch just to read Lincee’s blog every Tuesday for a good laugh! There are actually a couple of girls who seem normal so far!
