I’ve just purchased Snow’s “Informer” from i-Tunes.

Should I have my head examined? Or am I the coolest person you know?

I still have my single cassette tape that I still listen to on my very old stereo. Maybe I should update with iTunes! That song, along with Livin’ on the Edge by Aerosmith were THE songs of Spring Break 1993 for me — my senior year of high school. You are definitely the coolest!

Some friends and I were having this conversation on Facebook earlier. . .I’m going to throw in the Footloose Soundtrack, “Easy Lover” by Phil Collins and that other guy, and “Caribbean Queen” by Billy Ocean! Props to Mr. Ocean on turning a 4 syllable word into a 2 1/2 syllable word, and totally making it work! I think I like to say the word syllable. . . syllable! Damn. . it’s time for bed!

Lincee – last November, as I was walking 60 miles for breast cancer in San Diego…I honestly thought I was not going to make it after mile 40. Just about that time, a walker came by with mini-speakers tied to her water bottle belt. That song was playing – and I. MADE IT!

I love that song!! Heard it on the radio last week and vowed to download it immediately. Life got in the way, I forgot, thanks for the reminder!!! Going to iTunes right now.

totally the coolest person. your cool factor was raised even more when finding you again today. i got a new laptop and so was searching for you on yahoo. all i had to type was lincee and your blog was at my fingertips!! i have been reading your work since the days of e-mailing from friend to friend. if you are ever in Kansas City, would love to do happy hour! just finished the dvr version of the bachelor. wow. that is all i can say. can’t wait to hear your thoughts tomorrow! love!

Okay, thanks, Lincee; just wanted you to know that I CANNOT get that song out of my head!! yeah, I appreciate that!!! 🙂 Such a blast from the past. I was humming it apparently in the car this morning taking my kids to school; they were looking at me kind of funny……oh well.

That song totally takes me back! I found it on a cd that my friend had awhile back and I stole it and copied the entire 90slicious thing! Survey says…you are the coolest ever.
