I Hate Green Beans Podcast 38: Bachelor Arie Recap Week 6

We are halfway through Bachelor Arie’s journey to find love and the only thing anyone cares about at this point is Krystal’s nodes and Baby Bekah’s marijuana farming job.

It was a full episode of various dates in Paris — the perfect place to fall in love. And the perfect place for the ABC censor guys to drop in all sorts of black modesty boxes. To these brave people, I say THANK YOU.

For those of you who live in or near Houston, come to my book launch happy hour on Monday, February 12! I’ll be there, and so will Some Guy in Austin. We’d love to meet you!

Now for the SHOW NOTES!

Baby Bekah has moved on from her nanny gig

We love the Moulin Rouge soundtrack, including “Lady Marmalade!”

You need a visual of The Hooded Claw

Kendall and Arie kissed on the top of the Eiffel Tower, not Empire State building! And the whole French lip syncing was awful!

You and Some Guy are so funny. I’m sitting in my office laughing so hard I’m crying. I definitely think Lauren is done. Her facial expressions were so weird when he announced they were going to Tuscany.

I LOL’ed at many parts, including the Thong Song reference, Some Guy’s disdain for Celine Dion, and culottes/gauchos. Totally agree on Krystal’s crushed velvet. I think Kendall may still be around for the Top 4.

I am loving your book, BTW! I’m listening to the audio version and it’s fun hearing you tell your story.

Good luck with the book launch! I’m headed out into the rainy streets of NYC to find my copy… Love the podcast so much! I laughed out loud on the subway more times than I could count. Thanks for making the absurdities of pop culture so much fun.

I just love these podcasts, I am so crazy that I feel like I’m in on the conversation and I talk back to you guys!!! I know, I know, I’m soooo crazy!!!!
