And finally, AMERICA’S GOT TALENT AIRED THE FINALE!!! My favorite did not win. Here’s a little insider information for you: I had the entire thing written as if MY GUY had won. I had to write it all over again once they announced the actual winner. That was one of the bigger face palm moments of my writing career.

Bah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – ok, I rarely quote Lady Gaga, but as she said at last year’s Oscars, Julie Andrews is incomparable!!!! Not to mention Dick van Dyke, how in the world are they going to do anything other than a B-rate copy?
This is how I feel about a Mary Poppins remake. So dumb – come up with something interesting, original, new. It’s like the remakes of “Annie” and “Willy Wonka,” but way, way worse.
